Instantly review
Instantly charges nothing per mailbox on any tier, unlimited sending accounts and unlimited warm-up from the $47-a-month Growth plan up. That is the number to check first, because agencies and high-volume senders are usually capped on seats or inboxes elsewhere, and here they aren't.
This review is in progress. What follows is the short version: what the tool does, what it costs, and who it suits. The full scored review against our four-pillar methodology, fit, signal quality, workflow depth and buyer caution, comes later. Until then, our Woodpecker review and lemlist review both weigh Instantly as the alternative built around unlimited sending accounts.
What Instantly does
Instantly sells cold email infrastructure: unlimited sending mailboxes, unlimited warm-up on every tier, a 450-million-record B2B lead database, and an AI reply agent. Campaigns rotate sends across those inboxes, which is how an agency pushes volume without cooking a single domain's reputation.
Note that instantly.io now 302-redirects to instantly.ai, so older citations may land on a different domain than the one checked here.
Pricing
Pricing splits across two meters, and a buyer has to price both: outreach-only plans for sending, and a separate lead-database credit ladder. A third set of bundle tiers folds both meters into one line item. Figures per Instantly's own pricing page, checked 16 August 2026; annual billing takes 10% off, and Enterprise and VIP Service are quote-only on every ladder.
- Outreach only: Growth $47/mo for 5,000 emails and 1,000 uploaded contacts; Hypergrowth $97/mo for 125,000 emails and 25,000 contacts; Light Speed $358/mo for 500,000 emails, 100,000 contacts and SISR, Instantly's own dedicated IP-rotation system.
- Lead-database credits: Growth Credits $47/mo for 1,500; Supersonic $197/mo for 5,000; Hyper from $197/mo scaling to 200,000.
- Bundles (sending + credits): Starter $94/mo ($85 annual) for 5,000 emails, 1,000 contacts and 1,500 credits; Scale $194/mo ($175 annual) for 100,000 emails, 25,000 contacts, 5,000 credits and the AI Reply Agent; Agency $555/mo ($500 annual) for 500,000 emails, 100,000 contacts, 10,000 credits and SISR.
Who it's for
The buyer whose ceiling is mailbox count, not seat count. lemlist's Multichannel plan caps senders at 5 per user; Instantly charges nothing per inbox at any tier, so an agency running 40 mailboxes across 12 clients pays for contacts and sends instead of seats. G2 rates it 4.8 across 4,136 reviews, the largest review base in this bracket.
Who should skip it
A list-heavy team hits the contact cap before the send cap. Growth allows only 1,000 uploaded contacts against 5,000 monthly sends, so a team with a large list jumps a tier on contacts long before it exhausts its sends.
Two price axes also make the real bill hard to predict. A team that budgets $47/month for Growth outreach pays another $47/month for 1,500 lead credits before it has a list to send to, which puts the real entry cost at $94/month, the Starter bundle price.
Core outreach plans don't include LinkedIn automation either, so a sequence mixing an email, a connection request and a call needs a second tool such as Woodpecker. New to the category? Start with what market intelligence is.
