Brand24 pricing in 2026: what each plan costs
The numbers Brand24 rate card, checked 15 August 2026
Brand24's whole Business plan costs $7,188 a year on list, still under the $19,542 low end of Brandwatch's tracked contract range.
The Enterprise floor works out to $17,988 a year, roughly a third of Brandwatch's median negotiated contract.
Every tier from Team up carries unlimited users, so the price gate is keywords and mentions instead of seats.
Paying month to month costs $600 to $1,200 more a year than committing annually, the largest avoidable line on the card.
TrustRadius lists Brand24's Individual plan at $99 a month, Team at $179, Pro at $249 and Enterprise at $499, roughly half the vendor's real numbers across the board. Capterra gets the dollar figures right and the mention caps wrong on those same tiers. This report prices all five tiers on both billing cycles and what the AI Insights and Brand Assistant features cost by tier.
Brand24 posts every figure at brand24.com/pricing, a rarity in social listening: Mention now hides its price behind a demo, and Brandwatch runs on sales negotiation alone. Vendr's marketplace puts Brandwatch's median tracked contract at $50,000 a year across 40 purchases, ranging from $19,542 to $81,200. That's a number worth checking before any sales call.
A marketing or PR lead sizing a first listening subscription needs the five-tier ladder; anyone holding a Brandwatch quote needs to know buyers negotiate that $50,000 ask down by an average 15.29%. Ownership adds one more variable: Semrush's Polish subsidiary Prowly bought a majority stake in Brand24 in May 2024, and Adobe's pending purchase of Semrush could reset the roadmap again before these prices do.
Brand24 pricing compared to the alternatives
Brand24 sits in the self-serve tier of social listening tools, priced for teams that sign up with a card; no sales call is required. Awario undercuts it; Brandwatch and, increasingly, Mention sit above it.
| Tool | Entry price | Billing model | The limit that binds at entry |
|---|---|---|---|
| Awario | $29/month annual | Self-serve, card on file | 30,000 mentions a month, 1 team member |
| Brand24 | $199/month annual | Self-serve, card on file | 2,000 mentions a month, 3 keywords, 1 user |
| Mention | Not published | Demo required, custom quote | Single Company plan, no self-serve tier |
| Brandwatch | Not published | Sales-negotiated contract | $50,000 median annual contract*, 40 purchases |
Prices marked * are Vendr median annual contract values from anonymized buyer data. Awario, Brand24 and Mention figures are read off each vendor's own pricing page.
Awario undercuts Brand24 at every published tier and offers more mentions per dollar at the low end. What Brand24 sells that Awario doesn't publish is the AI Brand Assistant, the visibility add-on, and a support ladder running from chat to dedicated consulting.
Mention no longer publishes a self-serve number at all. Its pricing page now shows a single Company plan behind a demo gate, while third-party trackers still cite an older $599-a-month figure the vendor's own site dropped.
A narrower competitor worth naming outside the table is Syften, which skips a tier ladder and markets on speed: under a minute to surface a Reddit match, built for joining a conversation while it's still live.
How much does Brand24 cost
Brand24 prices on keywords tracked and mentions collected, never on seats. In the vendor's own glossary a keyword is the word or phrase being monitored, and a mention is any individual result containing one of them, so a volume spike is a spike in results instead of a change in what's being watched.
Every tier past Individual includes unlimited users. A five-person team pays the same as a one-person team on the same plan.
Both billing cycles are published, and the gap between them is fixed per tier:
| Plan | Annual billing | Month to month | Keywords | Mentions a month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Individual | $199/mo | $249/mo | 3 | 2,000 |
| Team | $299/mo | $349/mo | 7 | 10,000 |
| Pro | $399/mo | $499/mo | 12 | 40,000 |
| Business | $599/mo | $699/mo | 25 | 100,000 |
| Enterprise | From $1,499/mo | Custom | Custom | Custom |
All figures are Brand24 list prices read from brand24.com/pricing, checked 15 August 2026. No Vendr median exists for Brand24.
The five Brand24 plans, tier by tier
Individual plan
$199 a month billed annually, or $249 month to month. It covers 3 keywords, 2,000 mentions a month, 1 user and a 12-hour update cycle. AI Sentiment Analysis is included, same as every paid plan; AI Insights and the AI Brand Assistant are not.
Team plan
$299 a month billed annually, or $349 month to month. Keywords rise to 7, mentions to 10,000 a month, and users go unlimited. Updates move from 12-hour to hourly, and a chat support channel is added.
Pro plan
$399 a month billed annually, or $499 month to month, and Brand24 marks it Most Popular. It's the first tier with real-time updates instead of scheduled refreshes, and the first with AI Insights, AI Brand Assistant and AI Events Detection switched on, capped at 2 projects. Keywords go to 12 and mentions to 40,000.
Priority support replaces Team's chat channel here. It's also the tier where the $100-a-month monthly-billing premium bites hardest, double the $50 gap on every other plan.
Business plan
$599 a month billed annually, or $699 month to month. Keywords go to 25, mentions to 100,000 a month, and the AI project cap lifts to 5. A client success lead gets assigned at this tier, and the API add-on becomes available.
Enterprise plan
From $1,499 a month billed annually, with keyword and mention limits set per account. Every AI feature is unlimited, and dedicated consulting replaces the shared support queue. The published floor is a starting point; the real figure is negotiated.
AI features Brand24 gates behind Pro and up
Brand24 markets six named AI tools and three of them don't exist below Pro. Reading the feature page against the pricing page is the only way to tell which claim applies to which plan, because the feature descriptions state no tier requirement of their own.
- AI Insights. Weekly reports with charts, metrics, trend analysis and recommendations built from a project's collected data. Pro caps it at 2 projects, Business at 5, Enterprise unlimited.
- The Brand Assistant. Loaded with a project's own mentions and brand health data, so a user asks a question in chat instead of building a report by hand. Brand24's own copy calls it ChatGPT's smarter alternative.
- AI Events Detection. Flags unusual spikes in mention volume or reach with an alert icon on the mentions tab, so a jump surfaces without anyone watching a dashboard.
- AI Topic Analysis. Runs text analysis across collected mentions to identify distinct topics, then breaks each out by reach, mentions, sentiment and share of voice. Limited on Pro, unlimited on Business and Enterprise.
What the Brand Assistant depends on
Both features are productized versions of work an analyst used to do by hand: pull the mentions, sort by sentiment, write the summary. The pitch only holds if source coverage is wide enough to answer the question, and Brand24 claims over 25 million public online sources across social media, news sites, review sites, video platforms, blogs, forums and podcasts.
AI Visibility and Smart Context Search
The AI Visibility module is a separate add-on sold on top of any plan instead of gated by tier. It tracks brand visibility across nine AI models including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Perplexity and Grok, benchmarking prompts the way traditional listening tracks Reddit or X.
Smart Context Search is a related add-on on Pro, Business and Enterprise that filters mentions by meaning instead of a hand-built Boolean string.
Sentiment analysis, by the numbers
Sentiment classifies every mention as positive, negative or neutral using deep learning and pretrained language models. Brand24's own help center reports the algorithm improved from 61% to 95% accuracy, measured with a macro-averaged F1 score across 50,000 mentions.
That number carries a caveat Brand24 states itself:
"Detecting sentiment in some posts can still be tricky, especially with sarcasm or complex context."
Brand24 help center, sentiment analysis documentation.
InfluencerMarketingHub's review counts 108 supported languages for the engine. Brand24's own documentation is narrower, promising the model can process all languages while accuracy varies by language and text complexity.
Presence Score, Storm Alerts and the other named metrics
Every paid tier ships proprietary scores on top of raw mention counts, none behind an add-on:
- Presence Score tracks how online popularity trends against a brand's own history.
- Influence Score ranks which sources carry the most weight behind a mention.
- Reputation Score folds sentiment and reach into one reputation metric.
- Storm Alerts flag a sudden change in mention volume or reach the moment it happens, the older sibling of AI Events Detection.
- Advertising Value Equivalency estimates what earned coverage would have cost as paid advertising.
Demographics data breaks an audience down by age, gender, occupation, income and interests, layered over Share of Voice comparisons against named competitors. It's the same raw material a consumer intelligence program runs on.
Competitive tracking, tier by tier
Competitive analysis runs through the AI chat instead of a separate module. A user asks it to compare a project against a named rival's tracked mentions and gets share-of-voice numbers back.
Every tier from Team up leaves room to track a competitor alongside a brand keyword. Individual's 3-keyword cap doesn't, which is the practical reason a two-brand comparison starts at $299.
Add-ons priced outside the plan fee
Three things sit outside the base fee:
- Smart Context Search, available from Pro up.
- AI Visibility module, available on any plan including Individual.
- API access, $99 a month, available from Business up.
Only the API carries a published figure. Smart Context Search and the visibility module both route to a sales conversation once added to a cart, which is a gap in an otherwise transparent rate card. It matters more the higher a buyer sits, since Business and Enterprise customers are the ones most likely to want both.
What drives an Enterprise quote
Custom pricing starts from keyword and mention volume, the same two levers that set every lower tier. Brand24 also negotiates on project count for the AI features and on how much dedicated consulting time comes bundled.
A buyer asking for unlimited AI Insights across 40 projects plus a client success lead who runs quarterly reviews is negotiating three separate line items. Confirm what's bundled before assuming a quoted contract matches a competitor's dollar for dollar, since two vendors quoting the same number often package different service levels underneath it.
Ask a rep to run the source breakdown showing which platforms drive a given account's mention volume before signing. It's the same analysis Brand24 already runs internally to size the quote.
Chat support, priority support and dedicated consulting
Support tracks plan tier exactly. Individual gets standard channels, Team adds chat, Pro and Business carry priority support, and only Enterprise gets dedicated consulting alongside its client success lead. None of it can be bought as a standalone add-on below the tier that includes it.
Hidden costs: overage, seat minimums and the monthly premium
Brand24's overage policy reads better than most of the category's. Its own FAQ states:
"We never charge more than the price of the subscription plan you choose. If your account collects more mentions than your subscription plan permits, we will contact you to talk about a potential upgrade."
Brand24 FAQ, brand24.com/prices, checked 15 August 2026.
That's a contact-and-upgrade model instead of an automatic overage bill. There's no seat minimum on any tier from Team up either, since users are unlimited.
The real hidden cost is the billing cycle. Paying month to month adds $50 a month on Individual, Team and Business, and $100 a month on Pro. Over a year that's $600 to $1,200 in avoidable spend.
Brand24 backs the annual commitment with a 30-day money-back guarantee, excluding custom Enterprise plans, and cancellation carries no penalty: "There is no commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time," per the same FAQ.
What buyers pay in practice
Three of the four third-party pages publishing Brand24 pricing don't currently match the vendor. That's a problem for anyone budgeting off a search result, and it's the same failure mode documented across the category in our software pricing errors report.
- TrustRadius lists Individual at $99, Team at $179, Pro at $249 and Enterprise at $499, roughly half the vendor's real numbers across the board.
- Capterra gets the tier names and dollar figures right and the mention limits wrong: Team at 5,000 against Brand24's 10,000, Pro at 25,000 against 40,000. It also states Enterprise is a flat $999 a month, where Brand24 says from $1,499 on a custom quote.
- G2 lines up, matching tier names, monthly figures and both caps exactly.
CommunityTracker.ai's 2026 review matches the vendor's month-to-month prices to the dollar: $249, $349, $499, $699 and from $1,499. Two independent pages agreeing with the vendor and two disagreeing is the state of the record, and it's worth knowing which platform's numbers hold up before trusting a rating from the same page. Our report on G2's own review moderation walks that question in detail.
How to negotiate a Brand24 plan
Brand24 doesn't run the enterprise negotiation a $50,000-a-year Brandwatch contract does. Reviewers weigh the price against alternatives and then either sign or leave, and the reviews say as much.
A CMO at a financial services firm, writing on Capterra on 1 July 2024, put the cost this way:
"The cost of what was provided was so much better than I expected."
CMO, financial services, Capterra review, 1 July 2024. The same reviewer added: "Most PR monitoring tools are super expensive and don't deliver."
An account manager in marketing, reviewing on 11 July 2025, weighed the contract structure instead:
"I love that you can use it based on a monthly subscription and there is no lock in contracts."
Account manager, marketing, Capterra review, 11 July 2025.
A senior growth manager on 5 January 2026 was blunter: "The pricing is clearer and the features are loaded." Not every review reads as a win. A digital manager at a non-profit cancelled after one campaign on 23 October 2024, giving the reason as "The price. We only needed it for a specific campaign." A marketing manager in insurance landed between the two on 9 July 2025: "maybe it could be cheaper, but still worth it."
None of those reviewers describes negotiating a lower rate, which tracks with a self-serve product that takes a card. The two levers that exist are switching from monthly to annual, worth up to $1,200 a year on Pro, and downgrading once a campaign ends instead of holding a plan sized for finished work.
Who Brand24's pricing is built for
The ladder reads as built for small teams and agencies first, enterprise buyers second. Individual and Team cover a single brand tracking a handful of phrases with no need for real-time alerting.
Pro and Business are where agencies land once they're running monitoring across several client accounts. Enterprise exists for buyers who need custom keyword alerts at a scale the public tiers don't cover.
A team running one alert on one brand name has no reason to be on Business. A PR team managing a dozen client brands across news sites, review sites and the major social networks outgrows Team inside a quarter, because 10,000 mentions a month disappears fast once a client generates real volume.
Update cadence matters as much as the volume cap. Individual's 12-hour cycle covers every listed source on a delay that suits weekly reporting; Pro and up shorten it so a mention surfaces within minutes, which is the difference between reporting and real-time response.
What to budget for Brand24 in year one
Annual billing, list price, no add-ons:
- Individual: $2,388 a year, one brand, one user.
- Team: $3,588 a year, unlimited users, 7 keywords.
- Pro: $4,788 a year, real-time updates and the AI features on 2 projects.
- Business: $7,188 a year, 25 keywords and 100,000 mentions.
- Business plus API access: $8,376 a year.
Neither the visibility module nor Smart Context Search publishes a fixed figure, so a buyer who wants either should get a quote before finalizing a budget instead of assuming the add-on scales in proportion to the plan.
Frequently asked questions
Is Brand24 legit?
Yes. It has been publicly traded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since May 2021, after debuting on the NewConnect market in 2018, and Semrush's Polish subsidiary Prowly bought a 57.6% majority stake in May 2024 for PLN 55 million. It also offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required and a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans.
How much does Brandwatch cost per month?
Brandwatch publishes no rate card. Vendr's tracked data across 40 purchases puts the median contract at $50,000 a year, roughly $4,167 a month, with a recorded range from $19,542 to $81,200 and buyers negotiating an average 15.29% off the initial ask.
What are some good free social listening tools?
Google Alerts is the free baseline: unlimited alerts and no account limits, but no social coverage and no sentiment analysis. Talkwalker Alerts adds social platform coverage and Boolean operators, also free. Neither replaces a paid tool's dashboards or AI features; they cover the same gap Brand24's 14-day trial covers temporarily.
Is there a free trial for Brand24?
Yes, 14 days on any plan, with no credit card required. It converts to a paid subscription only if the user adds payment details after the trial ends.
Does Brand24 charge for extra mentions?
No. Brand24's FAQ commits to never charging more than the plan price, and states that an account collecting more mentions than its plan permits gets a conversation about upgrading instead of an overage bill.
Bottom line
Brand24's rate card is the rare one in this category a buyer can budget from without a sales call. Five published tiers, unlimited users past the entry plan, and an overage policy that upgrades instead of surprise-billing all point the same direction: a self-serve product built for teams that know their keyword count going in.
The gaps sit at the edges. Smart Context Search and the AI Visibility module both dodge the transparency the base plans deliver, and half the third-party pages citing Brand24's prices are currently wrong by as much as 50%.
Anyone budgeting off a source other than the vendor's own pricing page should check the figure against the key-figures table above before committing to a tier. And anyone comparing Brand24 against the enterprise end of the category should read the Brand24 versus Brandwatch head-to-head before assuming the two are quoting for the same job.
Sources, and the two add-ons Brand24 declines to price
All plan prices, keyword caps, mention caps, update cadences, support tiers and the API add-on fee are read from brand24.com/pricing and brand24.com/prices, checked 15 August 2026. The overage and cancellation quotes are from the FAQ on the same domain. Feature definitions are from brand24.com/features. The sentiment accuracy figures and the sarcasm caveat are from Brand24's help center article on sentiment.
Brandwatch's median contract value, purchase count, range and average savings are from vendr.com/marketplace/brandwatch. Competitor pricing is from awario.com/pricing, mention.com/en/pricing and syften.com. Third-party price listings are from trustradius.com, capterra.com and g2.com. The Semrush stake purchase, 57.6% for PLN 55 million in May 2024, is reported by Chambers and Partners on the DZP transaction.
Brand24 publishes no price for Smart Context Search and no price for the AI Visibility module, on any page, at any tier. It also publishes no Enterprise ceiling, no per-project AI cost, and no figure for how much dedicated consulting time an Enterprise contract includes. Those four gaps are the reason an Enterprise quote can't be modelled from public information.
