AccuRanker pricing in 2026: $249 to $1,569 a month, starting at 2,000 keywords
The numbers AccuRanker list prices and contract terms, checked 16 October 2026
On the per-keyword pricing AccuRanker publishes, a keyword costs half as much at 25,000 as at 2,000, so the vendor rewards volume and charges small lists the most.
SE Ranking sells the same 2,000 daily keywords for $129, so AccuRanker's entry plan costs 1.93 times as much.
The terms decide the second bill: annual plans renew on their own, and money already paid stays paid once the 14-day refund window closes.
SEO agencies weigh AccuRanker's $249 to $1,569 ladder against SE Ranking and Ahrefs before every renewal. Send the vendors and I'll source a version you own.
AccuRanker pricing starts at $249 a month for 2,000 keywords on monthly billing, or $224 a month paid annually, and tops out at $1,569 a month for 25,000 keywords before the Enterprise plan goes to a quote. Those are the figures on AccuRanker's own pricing page, read 16 October 2026, with the keyword selector run through every step on both billing toggles.
This report covers the full pricing structure: every keyword step, the cost per keyword at each one, what the Professional, Expert and Enterprise tiers gate, the AccuLLM add-on for AI search, and the contract terms that set the real bill (renewal, refunds, cancellation notice, overage). It closes with AccuRanker's price against five rivals and a budget for three buyer sizes.
It's written for SEO agencies, in house SEO teams and freelancers comparing a dedicated rank tracker against the rank tracking inside an SEO suite. The numbers matter because AccuRanker sells nothing under 2,000 keywords, so a small site pays the same entry price as an agency with 2,000 client keywords. The full product teardown lives in the AccuRanker review.
How AccuRanker pricing works
AccuRanker meters one unit for keyword rank tracking, the keyword, refreshed daily. Its pricing page sells two products side by side: the AccuRanker tracker for search visibility and AccuLLM for AI visibility. The tracker comes in three plans. Professional and Expert each carry a keyword selector, and the price moves with keyword volume alone. Enterprise starts above 25,000 keywords and reads "contact us for pricing".
The annual toggle is on by default, so the first prices a visitor sees ($224 and $764) are annual rates shown per month. Switch to monthly and they become $249 and $849. Every step carries the same 10% annual discount, and the terms say annual fees are "paid in advance and in full for the subscription period", so $224 a month means a $2,688 payment up front.
The devil's in the details of what counts as a keyword. One Capterra reviewer, an SEO at an online media company, wrote on 22 January 2025 that "each keyword for mobile and desktop search counts as 1 keyword each" (Capterra). Track 1,000 keywords on both devices and the list fills the 2,000-keyword plan.

The table lists all seven published steps. Prices are AccuRanker's US-dollar list prices from the pricing page on 16 October 2026; cost per keyword divides the monthly price by the keyword count.
| Plan | Tracked keywords | Monthly billing | Annual billing, per month | Annual total | Cost per keyword, monthly |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Professional | 2,000 | $249 | $224 | $2,688 | $0.125 |
| Professional | 3,000 | $369 | $332 | $3,984 | $0.123 |
| Professional | 5,000 | $609 | $548 | $6,576 | $0.122 |
| Expert | 10,000 | $849 | $764 | $9,168 | $0.085 |
| Expert | 15,000 | $1,089 | $980 | $11,760 | $0.073 |
| Expert | 20,000 | $1,329 | $1,196 | $14,352 | $0.066 |
| Expert | 25,000 | $1,569 | $1,412 | $16,944 | $0.063 |
| Enterprise | 25,000+ | On request | On request | On request | On request |
Every figure is an AccuRanker US-dollar list price from accuranker.com/pricing, 16 October 2026. Vendr tracks no AccuRanker contracts, so no row uses a Vendr median.
Professional plan
AccuRanker pitches the Professional plan at "freelancers, consultants, and small agencies". It sells 2,000, 3,000 or 5,000 keywords, and adding keywords costs $0.12 each a month on monthly billing ($120 for the step from 2,000 to 3,000, $240 for the step to 5,000). The page lists seven inclusions:
- Daily updates
- Keyword research
- Search intent
- Tagging, for grouping keyword data by client or topic
- Advanced filtering
- GSC and GA, meaning Google Search Console and Google Analytics connections
- Reporting and export
Expert plan
Expert carries the "Most popular" badge and targets "growing agencies and mid-sized in-house teams". It runs 10,000 to 25,000 keywords at $849 to $1,569 a month, and each keyword above 10,000 costs $0.048 a month, 40% of the Professional rate. On top of Professional it adds dynamic tagging, Tag Cloud, AI CTR, AI search volume, Google Data Studio and an unlimited read API access line.
The jump between the two plans is where buyers overpay. Professional stops at 5,000 keywords for $609, and the next step is Expert at 10,000 for $849. A list of 6,000 keywords pays for 10,000.
Enterprise plan
Enterprise starts above 25,000 keywords on custom pricing. On top of Expert it adds:
- BigQuery export for ranking data
- An unlimited write API
- Access to raw SERP HTML, the full search results page behind each ranking and its SERP features
- What AccuRanker calls "enhanced speed"
- Unlimited users and domains
- A dedicated CSM (dedicated customer success manager)
The figure behind "contact sales" stays private: Vendr's AccuRanker page carries no tracked contract value, purchase count or savings figure.
What each tier gates
The feature lists turn a keyword meter into a three-tier product. Five lines decide which plan a team ends up on:
- Customizable dashboards: Google Data Studio sits on Expert, so a client-facing Data Studio dashboard costs at least $849 a month on monthly billing.
- API access: the read API starts at Expert, the write API is Enterprise only.
- Warehouse export: Google BigQuery is Enterprise only, the route for joining SEO data with other datasets.
- AI metrics: AI CTR and AI search volume start at Expert.
- Seats and domains: the pricing page FAQ says "all current AccuRanker plans include unlimited users", while the Enterprise card is the only one listing "Unlimited users and domains", so ask sales about domain limits on Professional and Expert.
AccuRanker's API page reads differently from its pricing page. The API and integrations page promises "Full API access at no additional cost, no matter how many requests you process." The pricing page lists the unlimited read API from Expert up and the write API on Enterprise alone. Read between the lines and ask sales which API calls a Professional account can make before you build reporting on it.
None of the three tiers lists backlink analysis or technical audits. AccuRanker is a rank tracker with keyword research attached, and SEO teams that need backlink analysis pay for additional tools, usually one or two complementary tools from the suite market.
What AccuRanker's rank tracking covers for the price
Every plan runs daily rank tracking, and keyword tracking has one meter, the keyword, so coverage decides if $0.063 to $0.125 a keyword is good value. The January 2025 pricing page listed coverage line by line, and AccuRanker's SERP analysis page still says it can "Track and analyze SERP features":
- Search engines: Google, Bing, YouTube and Baidu.
- Devices and location: desktop, mobile and local results "for any device and any location", so one list can be tracked per geographic region.
- SERP features: tracking of "all featured elements on the SERP", plus SERP history, an archive of past search results.
- Share of voice: a share of voice metric for search visibility, described as "how much of the market you own".
- Competitor analysis: up to 10 competitors per domain, so ranking data for rivals sits next to your own keyword positions and you can monitor competitors without a second tool.
- Landing pages: landing pages segmentation, with Google Analytics data tying keyword performance to the landing pages that rank.
- SEO reporting: logo reports with scheduled reporting "on any day of the month".
- Refresh: ranks update every 24 hours, and keywords can be refreshed by hand to catch ranking changes the same day.
The October 2026 plan cards list fewer of these lines, so confirm share of voice, competitor performance views and each geographic region you need in a demo before you sign. AccuRanker's features page also promises "accurate, real-time data about your tracked keywords", a vendor claim the plan cards don't quantify.
AccuLLM: AI visibility in AI search, priced as a second product
AccuLLM tracks prompts in AI search engines. Its feature page says it covers brand performance "in ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews, and AI Mode", including brand mentions, sentiment and cited sources in AI answers. The pricing page sells it separately from the rank tracking plans:
| AccuLLM plan | Prompts | Brands | Monthly billing | Annual billing, per month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| LLM Lite | 100 | 1 | $229 | $206 |
| LLM Pro | 300 | 5 | $579 | $521 |
| LLM Enterprise | On request | On request | On request | On request |
AccuLLM list prices in US dollars from the same pricing page, 16 October 2026.
Each prompt is tracked across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, per the plan cards. Both paid tiers list unlimited seats, all-time history and daily frequency; the API starts on LLM Pro. A prompt costs $2.29 a month on Lite and $1.93 on Pro.
Keep an eye on the stacked total. Professional at 2,000 keywords plus LLM Lite is $478 a month on monthly billing, or $430 annually. For context on what AI visibility tracking measures, the Reddit AI visibility study shows how often AI answers cite one source domain.
A third product, AccuSERP, turns up in third-party coverage. Keyword.com's AccuRanker review, updated 11 August 2026, lists it from $149 a month for 50,000 requests. AccuRanker's pricing page prices AccuRanker and AccuLLM only, so get an AccuSERP quote in writing before budgeting for it.
Renewals, refunds, cancellation and overage
The terms and conditions, last updated 5 March 2026, set five costs the plan cards leave out:
- Auto-renewal: every subscription renews for a period "corresponding to the length of the expiring subscription period" unless terminated under the terms.
- Notice: cancellation needs "at least 14 days' notice to the end of the subscription period", through the account page or hello@accuranker.com. Miss that window on one of the annual subscriptions and another year is billed.
- No pro-rata refunds: "all prepaid fees under this agreement are non-refundable", and the terms rule out refunds for the unused part of a period.
- Price changes: "Supplier reserves the right to adjust all prices annually."
- Data deletion: account data isn't kept beyond 30 days after the subscription period ends, so export ranking data before you leave.
The refund policy carves out one exception: a full refund within the first 14 days of the first purchase. Renewals sit outside it. A team that signs an annual Expert plan at $9,168 and forgets the 14-day notice pays the next $9,168 with no route back, which is a bitter pill to swallow.
Overage runs on its own meter. The terms let card and PayPal customers track more keywords than the plan holds with "dynamic keyword tracking", billed "separately on a monthly basis". If a team stays over for "a longer period of time", the subscription "will automatically be upgraded" to a larger plan. AccuRanker doesn't publish the per-keyword overage rate or how long "longer" is. An upgrade clause with no published trigger is a red flag, so set an internal cap.
Upgrades take effect at once. The help center says you "pay the difference" on an upgrade, while a downgrade only starts at the next payment. Invoice payment is open to annual subscriptions only, on 14 days net.
Free trial status
The current pricing page carries "Buy now" and "Contact sales" buttons and no free trial offer, and the AccuLLM page links to "Request a demo". AccuRanker's help article on trials, last updated 24 November 2023, still describes a 14-day free trial on a 1,000-keyword subscription with no card at signup. Keyword.com's August 2026 review lists the trial as "None" with a 14-day money-back guarantee in its place. Treat the 14-day refund window as the trial.
Currency: USD, EUR or DKK by location
AccuRanker is a Danish company, and its terms say card payments are made "in DKK for Danish Users, EUR for European Users, and USD for the rest of the world." The pricing page sets the currency from the visitor's location. US visitors see dollars.
The tracker uses the same digits in both currencies: Professional at 2,000 keywords is $224 or €224 on annual billing. At the European Central Bank reference rate of 1 EUR = 1.1208 USD for 15 October 2026, €224 is about $251, so a buyer billed in euros pays about 12% more for the same plan, a gap that lands out of the blue for a buyer who saw the dollar price first. AccuLLM converts: LLM Lite is $229 or €199 a month.
What changed since 2025
The archived pricing page from 12 January 2025 sold a different product. It said "Everything is included. You only pay for the number of keywords you want to track." Its feature list put BigQuery integration, unlimited users, unlimited domains and the API on every plan, and its FAQ said "all current AccuRanker plans include unlimited users." It also listed four search engines, SERP features tracking, share of voice and the Google Looker Studio connector.
The pricing structure isn't set in stone. By October 2026 the same page had moved BigQuery and the write API to Enterprise, and the read API and Google Data Studio to Expert. Its FAQ still says every current plan includes unlimited users, and the unlimited domains line now sits on the Enterprise card.
Two terms carried over unchanged: the 10% annual discount and the 14-day first-purchase refund. A buyer renewing a 2024 contract should check which of the moved lines their new plan still includes.
What buyers say about the price
Capterra reviews of AccuRanker rate the product well and name the price as the main complaint. Six reviewers, quoted as written:
- "The only downside is the price" (David W., SEO Manager, sporting goods, 27 November 2025, Capterra).
- "The price could be more affordable, but you get what you pay for." (Rami N., SEO Manager, 26 August 2024, Capterra).
- "The restrictions about how many keywords are tracked and the cost" (Logou P., admin, education management, 13 December 2022, Capterra).
- "It is a little pricey and there are some issues viewing it on mobile" (Bruno P., owner, retail, 13 December 2022, Capterra).
- "Maybe I can say that it's pretty expensive, yet is an amazing prfoessional tool." (Tihomir T., SEO, IT services, 14 December 2022, Capterra).
- "AccuRanker was the best value for tracking for us." (Glenn R., online local marketing consultant, 22 February 2023, Capterra).
Some buyers read the same price as fair value. Julien H., a founder in sports, wrote on Capterra on 25 February 2023:
"Platform pricing is competitive, and the support team is responsive and efficient, making it an excellent value."
Julien H., Founder and Strategist, 25 February 2023, via Capterra.
The pattern holds across dates. Reviewers who track a few hundred keywords call it expensive, and SEO agencies managing multiple clients call it good value. That split follows the per-keyword math above.
AccuRanker against SEO rank tracking alternatives
A 2,000-keyword list is AccuRanker's floor, so the comparison prices the cheapest published plan near that volume for SEO rank tracking on each vendor's own page, read 16 October 2026. The rank tracker pricing report covers 16 products at 1,000 keywords.
| Tool | Plan | Keywords | Update frequency | Monthly price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| SE Ranking | Core | 2,000 | Daily | $129 |
| Nightwatch | Professional | 2,500 | Daily | €159*, billed €1,908* yearly |
| AccuRanker | Professional | 2,000 | Daily | $249 |
| Ahrefs | Standard | 2,000 | Weekly | $249 |
| Advanced Web Ranking | Agency | 14,500 units, 2,071 daily | Daily uses 7 units | $279 |
| Semrush | Pro+ | 1,500 | Daily | $299 |
* Nightwatch lists prices in euros, quoted as published. At the European Central Bank reference rate of 1 EUR = 1.1195 USD, published 14 October 2026 and refreshed weekly, EUR 159 is about $178, EUR 1,908 is about $2,136 and EUR 4,788 is about $5,360. Every other price is the vendor's own US-dollar list price, read 16 October 2026.

Email a briefAgainst entry level rank trackers, AccuRanker sits at the top of the range. Two rivals make the gap concrete:
- SE Ranking undercuts it by $120 a month, adds a 14-day free trial with no card that covers rank tracking for 750 keywords a day, and its Core plan runs daily keyword tracking.
- Ahrefs charges the same $249 for 2,000 keywords but updates keyword rankings weekly and adds $60 a month per extra user. Its plan also carries keyword research, backlink analysis, competitor analysis and site audits, which kills two birds with one stone for a team that needs both, as the Ahrefs pricing report lays out.
Semrush's Pro+ stops at 1,500 daily keywords for $299, and its next tier is priced on request; the Semrush pricing report and the Semrush review have the full ladder. Advanced Web Ranking meters daily tracking at seven units a keyword and includes unlimited users on every plan.
At 10,000 keywords the gap in SEO rank tracking costs narrows. AccuRanker Expert costs $849 monthly, or $0.085 a keyword. Ahrefs Enterprise starts at $1,499 a month from 10,000 weekly keywords with an annual commitment, and Nightwatch's Agency plan is €4,788* a year for 7,500 daily keywords. The SEO tools pricing report sets these suites against each other on wider competitive analysis as well.
Who AccuRanker is priced for: SEO agencies, in house SEO teams and local businesses
The price ladder favours volume, and AccuRanker's own site pitches itself to "thousands of SEO professionals". Two buyer types land on Expert:
- Agencies: one tracking 15,000 keywords for multiple clients pays $0.073 a keyword, and dynamic tagging plus the Data Studio connector cover client reporting on ranking changes. At that rate, rank tracking keeps the cost of reporting keyword rankings low per client.
- In house SEO teams: 10,000 to 25,000 keywords across several markets land in the same tier, and that keyword volume is what the ladder rewards.
Local businesses sit at the other end. A single-location business tracking 300 keywords pays for 2,000 at $249 a month, $0.83 for each keyword it uses. For that buyer, paid keyword rank tracking at this price is barking up the wrong tree.
At AccuRanker's list price, a single-location business tracking 300 keywords pays for 2,000 at $249 a month, or $0.83 for each keyword it uses.

How to keep the AccuRanker bill down
- Pay annually once the list is stable. Annual billing saves $300 a year at 2,000 keywords and $1,884 at 25,000, against a renewal you must cancel 14 days early.
- Count devices and locations before buying. Desktop and mobile count as two keywords each for keyword rank tracking, so 1,000 terms on both devices fill the entry plan, and every added geographic region grows the list again.
- Prune before the plan jump. Professional ends at 5,000 keywords; a list of 5,500 costs $240 more a month on Expert unless 500 low-value terms go.
- Cap dynamic keyword tracking. Overage bills monthly at an unpublished rate and can trigger an automatic upgrade, so switch it off before it gets out of hand.
- Get Enterprise terms in writing. Ask for the price lock, the overage rate and the renewal notice period in the order form, since the standard terms allow an annual price change.
Use the SEO ROI calculator to set the subscription against the organic traffic it reports on, and the SEO visibility score report for how trackers turn keyword positions into one search visibility number.
What to budget
Priced from AccuRanker's annual rates, the three common profiles for SEO rank tracking run:
- Freelancer or small site, up to 2,000 keywords: $2,688 a year, or $2,988 on monthly billing.
- SEO agencies at 10,000 keywords with Data Studio and the read API: $9,168 a year, $10,188 monthly.
- Large agency, 25,000 keywords plus 300 AI prompts on LLM Pro: $16,944 plus $6,252, so $23,196 a year.
Above 25,000 keywords, or for BigQuery and the write API, the budget is a quote.

Frequently asked questions
How much does AccuRanker cost per month?
AccuRanker costs $249 a month for 2,000 keywords on monthly billing and $224 a month on annual billing. Expert runs $849 to $1,569 a month for 10,000 to 25,000 keywords, and Enterprise is priced on request.
Does AccuRanker have a free trial?
The October 2026 pricing page offers no free trial button. First purchases carry a 14-day full refund under AccuRanker's refund policy.
Can I cancel AccuRanker and get a refund?
You can cancel any time with 14 days' notice before the period ends. Outside the first 14 days of a first purchase, prepaid fees are non-refundable under the terms.
Does AccuRanker include keyword research and backlink analysis?
Keyword research is on every plan from Professional up. Backlink analysis isn't listed on any tier, so teams pair AccuRanker with complementary tools such as Ahrefs or Semrush for backlink analysis and competitor analysis.
Does AccuRanker track SERP features and share of voice?
The January 2025 pricing page listed SERP features tracking and a share of voice metric. The October 2026 plan cards don't name either, so confirm both in a demo.
What tools can track keyword rankings?
Dedicated tools for SEO rank tracking include AccuRanker, SE Ranking, Nightwatch and Advanced Web Ranking, and they record keyword positions across search engines daily. Semrush and Ahrefs track keyword rankings inside wider SEO suites, and Google Search Console reports average position for free.
Can agencies use AccuRanker for multiple clients?
Yes. Tagging and advanced filtering on every plan, plus dynamic tagging and the Data Studio connector on Expert, split one keyword pool across clients. The pricing page FAQ says every current plan includes unlimited users, and unlimited domains are listed on the Enterprise card.
Bottom line
AccuRanker's pricing structure charges $249 a month for its smallest rank tracking plan and halves the per-keyword price by 25,000 keywords. It's built for agencies and in-house teams with large lists, and the 2,000-keyword floor makes it a poor fit for small sites.
The plan card is half the cost. Annual renewals roll on their own, cancellation needs 14 days' notice, prepaid fees stay paid, and since January 2025 BigQuery and the write API have moved up to Enterprise. Read the rank tracking terms before you sign the order form.
