Talent analytics pricing in 2026: what 15 vendors charge, from $4 a user to $103,333 a year
Talent analytics pricing splits on one question: whose data the tool reads. People analytics software that models an organization's own HR records bills per employee or signs an enterprise contract, from Microsoft Viva Insights at $4 a user a month to a Visier median of $103,333 a year on Vendr.
Talent intelligence tools selling external labor market data charge a flat licence. A Revelio Labs Terminal seat runs $1,250 a month, and Lightcast sells a five-country job-postings bundle for $90,200 a year on AWS Marketplace.
This report prices 15 talent analytics tools and talent intelligence platforms from four kinds of record: the vendor's own pricing page, the vendor's own AWS Marketplace listing, UK public contract notices, and Vendr's tracked contract medians, all checked on 6 October 2026. It's for HR leaders, people analytics leads and recruiting teams who need a budget line before the first sales call.
These figures matter because 88% of HR leaders told Gartner in October 2025 that their organizations hadn't seen significant business value from AI tools. A buyer who knows the going rate can start with a $1,788 seat or a $15,000 Terminal before signing a six-figure contract.
The numbers Talent analytics and talent intelligence prices, checked 6 October 2026
A 2,000-employee organization paying Viva Insights list price spends $96,000 a year, $7,333 short of Visier's tracked median.
External talent data costs the same for 500 employees as for 50,000 employees: Lightcast's Spanish dataset is $22,000 either way.
Nine of the 15 priced talent analytics vendors publish no rate card, which gives Vendr medians and public contract notices a critical role in pricing them.
Two pricing models: per employee for people analytics, flat licence for talent intelligence
People analytics platforms analyze workforce data an organization already holds: HRIS records, payroll, performance reviews and employee engagement surveys. Price follows headcount, so every 100 added employees add $4,800 a year at Viva's rate. Microsoft prints the cleanest example: Viva Insights costs $4 a user a month, Workplace Analytics and Employee Feedback costs $6, and the full Viva suite costs $12, each paid yearly.
Labor market intelligence sells external talent data: job postings, public career profiles, salary benchmarks for a new hire and skills taxonomies. The buyer's headcount never enters the quote. Lightcast charges $22,000 for 12 months of Spanish postings whatever the size of the organization buying it.
The gap compounds with scale. At 10,000 employees, Viva's $4 rate reaches $480,000 a year, 21.8 times the Lightcast file. Large enterprises pay for workforce analytics by the head & for talent market data by the file. A talent intelligence platform blending workforce data with market data, such as Eightfold, Beamery or Phenom, sells through custom contracts, so buyers have to read between the lines of a quote to see which half drives the total.
People analytics and HR analytics on internal workforce data
This group of workforce analytics and talent analytics tools turns HR reporting into data-driven insights about attrition, time to hire and employee performance for HR teams. Six vendors, three pricing behaviours:
- Microsoft Viva Insights: $4, $6 or $12 a user a month on annual terms, each tier adding capabilities, surveys at $6 and learning and campaigns at $12. It needs a Microsoft 365 business licence, and Microsoft says it applies differential privacy to organization data.
- Visier: Vendr tracks a $103,333 median, from $80,010 to $170,041, across Visier People Essentials, Workforce Planning, Organization Design and Embedded.
- ChartHop: a $28,761 Vendr median, from $11,895 to $110,577, with 17.34% average savings. Its pricing page now routes buyers to a three-question proposal form for Core plus modules such as Headcount Planning, Compensation and an Engagement module for employee engagement.
- Workday: people analytics sits inside the HCM and talent management suite. Vendr's 368 tracked Workday deals show a $51,232 median, from $19,476 to $543,504, across every Workday product.
- Crunchr: a Dutch platform that says it helps HR teams "turn workforce data into clear insights" with board-ready intelligence for CHROs and CFOs, sold through a demo.
- Aura: getaura.ai/pricing returned a 302 redirect on 6 October 2026 to a Bain & Company consulting page that presents Aura as Bain's platform for fragmented workforce data, covering 1B+ professionals and 20M+ companies.
The spread between Viva and Visier is the price of predictive analytics. A $4 dashboard reports on Microsoft 365 activity. Visier's median buys workforce planning models that forecast future needs, and that costs an arm and a leg for an organization of 300 employees with one HR analyst.
One Model, a people analytics vendor with no published price, shows what a talent analytics renewal looks like. A buyer at a 201 to 1,000 employee company wrote on Vendr's One Model page:
"We were able to reduce our uplift from 10% to 2.5% without concession by referencing our long-standing partnership with One Model and the lack of notice we were given about any commercial changes YoY."

Labor market data sold as annual licences
Three UK public contract notices price LinkedIn Talent Insights, a talent intelligence product. The Ministry of Defence paid £37,650 for 5 licences in April 2024, £7,530 a licence. The Cabinet Office signed one year at £18,850 net from 18 December 2025, and Post Office Limited signed at £110,000 net for a year from 1 June 2025, extendable to five years. Annual contracts in these notices run from £18,850 to £110,000 a year.
The full breakdown of what talent teams pay, Recruiter seats included, lives in our LinkedIn Talent Insights cost report.
Lightcast sells by geography. It publishes per-country prices through its own AWS Marketplace storefront, and price climbs with countries and format. Each record carries geography, occupation, industry sector, salary, skills and required education.
- Spanish labour market dataset with raw postings: $22,000 for 12 months.
- French dataset with raw postings and Lightcast occupation and skills taxonomies: $27,500.
- Labour Market Plus for Italy, Spain, France, Germany and Switzerland: $71,500, onboarding and training included.
- The same five countries in Plus and Raw formats: $90,200. Raw text, for teams that analyze data in large volumes and build their own data-driven insights, adds $18,700.
- French and Swiss samples: $0 with no end date for EU and EFTA subscribers, carrying the same industry, occupation and salary fields.
Revelio Labs prices its Terminal straight from the horse's mouth: from $1,250 a month on an annual commitment, $15,000 a year, for talent search across about 2B profiles, 33.8M companies and 33.5K skills.
The Terminal sells data-driven insights on any company's headcount, growth and salaries; enterprise data and the API are custom quotes. Its Human Capital Dynamics files list at $85,000 for a 1-year subscription on AWS, sold by the reseller BattleFin. Our Revelio Labs review covers each file.
Draup, a skills intelligence vendor, carries a $24,200 Vendr median, from $22,000 to $175,920. TalentNeuron sells skills intelligence and strategic workforce planning capabilities on data covering 200+ markets and 65,000+ skills, with 3 million job postings processed a day, and routes every buyer to a Book a Demo button. Our labor market intelligence guide covers what these feeds measure.
AI-powered sourcing tools for recruiting teams, priced per seat
Recruiting teams buy talent analytics and talent intelligence by the recruiter seat, and three of the six vendors here publish price lists. SeekOut, hireEZ and Pin publish entry plans for sourcing candidates; Beamery, Phenom and iCIMS sell through sales.
SeekOut Sourcing Core costs $149 a month paid annually upfront, $1,788 a year, or $179 billed monthly, which adds $360 over a year. A seat includes 500 contact credits and 1,000 exports a month, with a 14-day trial. The tiers above it, Sourcing, Sourcing plus Integration and Full Recruiting Funnel, are custom and billed annually.
Vendr tracks SeekOut at a $20,000 median, from $5,820 to $54,920, with 15.71% average savings. The sourcing tool lists 1B+ profiles, 750+ enterprise customers and a search for security-cleared candidates.
hireEZ Solo runs $494 a month with a 7-day trial. Enterprise pricing is set against the recruiting stack hireEZ replaces, and Vendr's buyers pay a $13,000 median, from $7,000 to $25,000, to reach candidates through it.
Pin has the lowest entry point of any sourcing tool here, a free tier plus paid seats from $99 a month:
- Free: $0, 5 contact lookup credits a week, 1 job position for one hire at a time and 1 AI agent.
- Solo: $99 a user a month on annual billing, 500 contact lookup credits and multi-channel outreach sequences.
- Professional: $135 a user a month, 1,000 credits a seat a month and 2 AI agents a user.
- Business: custom, with unlimited seats and premium ATS integrations.
Quote-only suites are par for the course above that. The Beamery platform carries a $76,797 Vendr median a year, from $24,717 to $204,153. The Phenom platform's tracked median is $98,313, which works out to $8,193 a month, from $37,500 to $112,278. The iCIMS applicant tracking system tracks at a $9,771 median, from $2,152 to $64,713. Metaview, an interview tool, says 8,400+ interviews have been captured on its platform.
Seat pricing hides a red flag for teams that hire in bursts. Pin's Solo plan bills annually, so a recruiter added for one quarter's push costs $1,188 for the year, while SeekOut's $179 monthly option covers that case.
A $1,788 SeekOut Core seat is a drop in the bucket next to Visier's median, a cheap way to test where the most value sits before the next hire. Our talent intelligence tools ranking scores these vendors, and the recruitment market intelligence guide covers sourcing itself.
Eightfold AI and Gloat: internal mobility platforms with no public price
Finding an Eightfold talent analytics price is a needle in a haystack. Its talent intelligence platform page describes a "full-stack, agentic platform" that models skills, capabilities, aspirations and daily work, so one intelligence layer serves hiring, internal mobility and workforce planning and helps a company "close skill gaps". It lists SOC 2, ISO and FedRAMP among its certifications.
The one public number comes from Utah. A January 2025 request to the Utah Legislature, filed for the Department of Workforce Services, asked for $1,500,000 in one-time 2026 funding for "software integration, licenses", naming Eightfold AI as the direct award recipient for an AI plug-in to the state's public job board. That's a state program budget, so it prices one public deployment and sets no benchmark for an organization of 5,000 employees.
Eightfold also faces a lawsuit. A class action filed on 20 January 2026 in Contra Costa County Superior Court alleges Eightfold's 0-to-5 likelihood-of-success scores work as consumer reports under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and California's investigative consumer reporting law, and that lower-ranked candidates get discarded before a human reads their application or makes any decision to hire, per Epstein Becker Green.
The case was pending. Our Eightfold AI review tracks it.
Gloat sells internal mobility and workforce development as a talent intelligence platform built on redeploying talent. Its Matching Engine pairs employees with internal opportunities, inside a talent marketplace Gloat says carries 14 purpose-built HR capabilities. Gloat publishes a guide to career pathing on its resources site, and every price runs through a demo.
All 15 priced vendors side by side
The right platform for a data-driven HR team depends on which data it runs on, so the table groups the 15 talent analytics vendors by that first.

Prices marked * are Vendr median annual contract values from anonymized buyer data. The others are list prices from the vendor's own pricing page or AWS Marketplace listing, except LinkedIn Talent Insights, priced from a UK Find a Tender notice, and Eightfold AI, priced from a Utah Legislature funding request. Checked 6 October 2026.
What adds to the bill: implementation, integration, compliance and renewals
Five line items sit beside the talent analytics subscription in the total cost of ownership, and the devil's in the details:
- Professional services: Visier's Vendr page carries a buyer note on implementation money, quoted below.
- Integration: a people analytics tool reaches full potential only after HRIS, ATS and payroll records share one ID for each of the organization's employees. SeekOut prices Sourcing plus Integration as its own tier, Pin keeps premium ATS integrations for Business, and Utah's Eightfold request bundled integration with licences.
- Add-on modules: Viva Insights is a $4 add-on to a Microsoft 365 contract, and ChartHop sells Headcount Planning, Compensation and Engagement as modules on top of Core.
- Data format: Lightcast's raw posting text adds $18,700 to the five-country bundle.
- Renewal uplift: One Model buyers on Vendr report proposed uplifts of 10%+ on flat renewals.
A buyer at a 201 to 1,000 employee company described the Visier negotiation on Vendr's Visier page:
"Negotiated an additional 3% and 8k off professional services to sign by EOM. Total discount secured: 45% off list price on new purchase."
Buyer at a 201 to 1,000 employee company, Vendr community insight, Visier page
Compliance shapes the price too. HR functions that score candidates carry legal exposure. On 16 May 2025, Judge Rita Lin of the Northern District of California granted preliminary certification in Mobley v. Workday to a nationwide age-discrimination collective of applicants 40 and older denied recommendations through Workday since 24 September 2020, per Holland & Knight.
Security requirements decide which tier a buyer lands on, and the review plays a critical role in year-one cost. Eightfold sells only custom contracts, so a buyer needing its SOC 2, ISO or FedRAMP paperwork signs an enterprise deal, and the work to iron out the details of data residency lands in year one.
Descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics: what each layer costs
Visier's talent analytics guide splits talent analytics work into four types, and each maps to a price band:
- Descriptive analytics shows an organization's current state: headcount, turnover, time to hire, quality of hire and other talent metrics. Basic dashboards cost the least: Viva Insights at $4 a user and ChartHop's $28,761 median cover this layer.
- Diagnostic analytics explains why that state exists, such as the root cause of workforce attrition among top performers in one team or slow hires in one region.
- Predictive analytics forecasts future needs: which employees leave and which workforce skills run short, a question that starts with skills mapping. Predictive workforce planning with AI capabilities costs more, inside Visier's $103,333 median, and Lightcast or Revelio adds an external intelligence layer with the broader context of market trends.
- Prescriptive analytics recommends what to do, and it's where actionable insights come from: which employees and top performers to move into which internal roles based on their skills for workforce development. Eightfold and Gloat sell this layer through custom contracts.
Visier states that companies running well-executed talent analytics do better than non-analytical competitors on employee satisfaction, turnover and talent development. That's a vendor's claim, and those are the business results every vendor here sells against. Price climbs with the machine learning each layer needs and the data cleanup a buyer does before the first chart works.
How to budget for talent analytics tools: a 2,000-employee scenario
A scenario at list or median for a data-driven 2,000-employee organization whose 3-person recruiting team sources candidates for 60 hires a year:
- Internal talent analytics dashboards only: Viva Insights at $4 × 2,000 employees × 12 = $96,000 a year, or $144,000 on the $6 tier.
- Enterprise people analytics and workforce planning: Visier at a $103,333 median, before professional services.
- One external talent market view: one LinkedIn Talent Insights licence at £7,530, a Revelio Terminal seat with workforce skills data at $15,000, or one Lightcast country at $22,000.
- Sourcing seats: three SeekOut Core seats at $5,364 a year, $89.40 a hire at that pace, or three Pin Professional seats at $4,860.
Viva plus one Revelio seat plus three SeekOut seats comes to $116,364 at list. Visier's median plus one Lightcast country and the same seats comes to $130,697. Don't put all your eggs in one basket: Viva, SeekOut, Pin, Revelio and Lightcast let a buyer start with one seat, one country or a free plan, and test each talent analytics layer against business needs and business goals, keeping the money on the layer that returns the most value, before a multi-year contract.
Talent management suites from Workday, Beamery and Phenom bundle the layers for large enterprises, at Vendr medians of $51,232 to $98,313. Our workforce intelligence software ranking compares internal-data platforms on features, and the LinkedIn Talent Insights review covers the market-data side. For data-driven decision making on price alone, the table above is the place to start.
Frequently asked questions
What are talent intelligence platforms?
A talent intelligence platform combines internal workforce data with external labor market data, profiles, postings and skills taxonomies, to guide hiring, internal mobility and workforce planning. Eightfold, Beamery and Phenom sell the combined form; Lightcast and Revelio Labs sell the external half from $1,250 a month. Most talent intelligence tools on this page, 9 of 15, publish no price.
What is talent analytics?
Talent analytics applies analytics to people and skills data so an organization's HR leaders can base strategic decisions about who to hire, retention, talent management and talent development on evidence.
How much does Eightfold AI cost?
Eightfold AI publishes no price. The one public figure is a January 2025 Utah request for $1,500,000 in one-time funding covering Eightfold licences and integration for the state's public job board.
How much does analytics software cost for HR teams?
Published per-user HR analytics rates run from $4 to $12 a month at Microsoft. An HR team making data-driven decisions on an enterprise contract faces Vendr medians from $9,771 for iCIMS to $103,333 for Visier.
How much does AI software cost for recruiting?
AI-powered sourcing seats run $99 to $494 a month at list across Pin, SeekOut and hireEZ. A $1,788 SeekOut Core seat used for 20 hires a year works out to $89.40 a hire. Enterprise AI talent platforms run from Beamery's $76,797 Vendr median to Phenom's $98,313.
What are pricing intelligence tools?
Pricing intelligence tools track competitors' prices across products and channels; our pricing intelligence guide covers how they work. For software buyers, Vendr's marketplace plays a similar role, publishing median contract values such as Visier's $103,333.
What are the 4 types of analytics?
Descriptive analytics reports what's happening, diagnostic analytics explains why, predictive analytics forecasts what comes next, and prescriptive analytics recommends what to do about it.
Bottom line
Talent analytics pricing comes down to whose data the tool reads. Internal people analytics scales with the number of employees in the workforce, from $4 a user at Microsoft to a $103,333 Visier median for workforce planning. External labor market data, the talent intelligence half, costs a flat amount, from $15,000 for a Revelio seat to $90,200 for five Lightcast countries.
Nine of the 15 talent analytics vendors priced here publish nothing, so Vendr medians and UK contract notices are the closest an organization gets to a rate card before the first call, and the base for data-driven decisions on budget. Budget for integration, professional services and renewal uplifts against business goals, and check how any tool scores candidates before it reaches a hiring decision.
