Attio pricing runs on four plans and two meters. The Attio pricing page shows Free at $0, Plus at $35 per user/month billed annually ($44 monthly), Pro at $79 ($99 monthly) and Enterprise on a custom quote. On top of every seat sit workspace credits and seat credits, which pay for AI features and workflow runs and reset on a monthly clock.

The headline finding is a price rise most comparison posts still miss. On 27 July 2026 Attio raised Plus from $29 to $35 and Pro from $69 to $79 on annual billing, and Plus went from unlimited users to a hard 10-seat limit, per PricingSaaS's capture of the Attio pricing page. The problem with any guide still quoting $29 and $69 is that it's quoting rates Attio retired in July 2026.

This report covers each plan, the features included at each step, the credit packs priced outside the platform fee, the hidden costs past the seat limit, the startup program, and Attio vs HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and folk on one 10-person budget. It's written for founders and sales teams of 3 to 50 people choosing a flexible CRM, and every price links to the source that publishes it.

How much Attio costs per month

Attio costs $0 for up to 3 seats, $35 to $44 per user/month on Plus, and $79 to $99 per user/month on Pro, with the lower figure on annual billing. Enterprise pricing is set by Attio's sales team and billed annually only. Those are the current rates on attio.com/pricing as of 16 October 2026.

The price per seat is the floor of the bill. Every member of a workspace sits on the same plan level, per the Attio plans and features reference, so sales teams can't put two power users on Pro and eight readers on Plus. On paper, the cheapest login costs the same as the busiest rep's. That's par for the course in per-seat CRM pricing.

Attio's pricing model combines three factors, and seats are the starting point: headcount, the tier the team needs for the structure of its data, and how many credits its AI and automation burn. The first two are fixed when a team chooses an upgrade at checkout. The third moves every week, and it's the subject of most billing questions.

Attio's four plans as a ladder: Free at $0 for 3 seats, Plus at $35 annual or $44 monthly capped at 10 seats, Pro at $79 annual or $99 monthly with unlimited seats, and Enterprise on a custom quote, each with its monthly workspace credit allowance
Each step up the ladder raises the per-user price and the workspace credit pool; the cap on Plus forces the step at 11 people.

How Attio works, and why the data model sets the plan

Attio is a modern CRM platform designed around a flexible data model. Companies, People and Deals are standard objects, and the system lets a team add its own, from Partnerships to Investors, and maps relationships between them. Building a workspace starts with a mailbox: connect Gmail or Outlook and the calendar, and Attio builds records for every contact and company it finds, then keeps them current through real time sync of email and calendar events.

The Attio homepage claims 30,000+ customers and 15 million emails synced a day as of 16 October 2026. Co-founder and CEO Nicolas Sharp gave a smaller, older figure, 5,000 paying customers and a target of 4x annual recurring revenue growth, in the August 2025 Series B post, when Attio raised $52 million led by GV. Straight from the horse's mouth, the two counts differ by a factor of six.

Attio's core capabilities fall into five groups, and each one carries a plan gate:

  • Data: records, lists and a custom data model, with data enrichment of firmographics on every plan; custom objects need the $79 tier.
  • Relationships: first and last interaction, connection strength and the strongest connection to each of the team's contacts and accounts, on all four plans, so collaboration on shared relationships needs no extra tools.
  • Pipeline: deals, stages, pipeline tracking boards and reports; time-in-stage and historical values reporting start one tier above Plus.
  • Automation: workflows and AI agents, metered by workspace credits on every tier.
  • Email capabilities: sync, sending and sequences, with send caps of 200 and 1,000 per member on the two lower plans.

Unstructured data is where the AI features spend credits. On the $79 plan, call recordings become AI transcripts and insights, with summaries of meetings and calls, and AI attributes summarize or classify a record's history at 1 credit each. That's the operational reason the system meters credits, and it's why a team's AI use cases drive spend at the higher tiers more than its headcount does.

Attio CRM pricing plans, tier by tier

Attio offers four tiers, which Attio labels for individuals, growing teams, scaling businesses and large organizations. Each one is limited by seats, records, objects, credits and email sends, and the table carries the limits that decide where a team lands.

Free plan

Attio's free plan is limited to 3 seats and includes 50,000 records across contacts, companies and deals, Companies and People plus one optional standard object, 250 workspace credits and 200 email sends a month for each member.

Attio's FAQ calls it "a free option for very small teams or light projects" and, two answers later, a plan for "teams with less than 3 people", a one-user disagreement with its own table. There's no time limit, so Attio free stays free while the workspace stays inside the caps.

The Attio free plan includes things rivals charge for: real time contact syncing from a Gmail or Outlook inbox, which builds the contact database automatically, automatic data enrichment of name, logo, category and location, the API, and the app store. The limits of Attio's free plan are spelled out in the Help Center:

  • Every record is visible to and editable by all members, who share every list; private lists start on Plus.
  • Outgoing email carries a "Sent with Attio" notice that can't be removed.
  • Free includes chat and email support, but bulk email sending is limited to 10 emails at once, against 50 on paid plans, and reports are limited to 3.
  • Workspace credits are limited to 250 and can't be topped up, so advanced automation runs out of a small pool fast.

Solo founders and two-person agencies can keep building on the free tier for a long time. The third hire is the moment to evaluate the paid plans, since a fourth user requires one. Free is designed for individuals and suited to a founder testing the data model.

Plus plan

The Plus plan costs $35 per user/month on annual billing and $44 monthly, and it's limited to 10 seats. Attio offers it to teams that need privacy: private lists, enhanced email sending with the option to remove the Attio footer, email features such as the option to share full threads by default, call logs on each record, employee count and ARR enrichment, and workspace-wide permissions. Before 27 July 2026 it cost $29 with no seat cap.

Plus stops short of a custom data model and its complexity. It extends standard objects to five (Deals, Users and Workspaces join Companies and People), so deal tracking, deal management and pipeline tracking on a standard Deals object work out of the box, but custom objects, formula attributes and custom activities stay on the top self-serve plan.

A team whose object structure needs a Partnerships or Investors object pays the higher rate for that one object, a bitter pill to swallow for a four-person team.

Pro plan

Attio Pro costs $79 per user/month billed annually or $99 monthly, and it's where most scaling teams land. The rate card marks it as the popular plan, aimed at teams that run the whole revenue process in one CRM. The plans reference gives three reasons:

  • Unlimited seats, up to 12 standard objects plus custom objects with their own schema, 1,000,000 records and unlimited file storage.
  • Call intelligence, sequences and email: recording of calls with AI call transcripts and insights, two synced mailboxes per member and no monthly send cap.
  • Advanced permissions across up to 10 teams, with collaboration controls by team and by individual, time-in-stage and stage-change reports for deal velocity, and priority support by chat and email, which Enterprise keeps.

Pro includes every feature included in Plus. It's also the first tier that can pay by invoice through PO, ACH, check or wire. A 14-day trial of this plan, no credit card required, is how every new workspace starts.

Enterprise plan

The Enterprise plan is a custom quote, billed annually, built for scale. It adds unlimited objects and teams, so unlimited custom objects at enterprise scale, 2,500 seat credits per seat, a record cap set in the contract, admin controls over sessions and exports for the account admin, and advanced security: SAML single sign-on and SCIM, which joined the tier on 15 June 2026 per PricingSaaS.

That SSO gate is why large organizations meet Attio's enterprise pricing through a sales call, and Enterprise keeps priority support. A reasonable quote request names seat count, record volume and credit needs.

Feature gates at a glance

Attio's rate card spreads its features across the four tiers. This list includes the ones buyers ask about most, with the cheapest plan that carries each:

  • Real time contact syncing, automatic enrichment and the API: Free.
  • Integration features and integrations through the App Store: Free; integration blocks inside workflows cost 1 credit per run.
  • Private lists, workspace-wide permissions and phone call logs: Plus.
  • Custom objects, formula attributes and advanced permissions by team: Pro.
  • Call recording with AI call transcripts of video calls, sequences and priority support: Pro.
  • SAML SSO, SCIM, unlimited teams and a contract-set record limit: Enterprise.

No modern CRM at this price includes everything on Free, and the structure here is clear: data features start cheap, automation and collaboration permissions cost more, and security sits at the top. Check the data model before building objects: it's what a team needs to check first, because objects are the gate a growing team hits before seats.

The July 2026 price change

Attio's current pricing replaced the $29 and $69 annual rates that most third-party guides, and the plan cards on G2's Attio listing, still show. PricingSaaS dates the change to the week of 27 July 2026, and it landed in three parts.

  • Plus on annual billing: $29 to $35 per user, up 21%.
  • Pro on annual billing: $69 to $79 per user, up 14%.
  • Plus seats: unlimited to a cap of 10.

For a 10-person team on Plus the year moves from $3,480 to $4,200, so update any budget built on the old rate. The cap is the shift that hit hardest. The math for a 12-person team is worse: one that sat on Plus at $29 now has one option at Attio, Pro at $79, and its annual bill goes from $4,176 to $11,376. Red flag for anyone budgeting from an older article or a review site: the cheaper number is gone, and Attio CRM pricing on those pages is three months stale.

Before and after bars for Attio's July 2026 price change: Plus annual rose from $29 to $35 per seat, Pro annual from $69 to $79, and Plus moved from unlimited seats to a 10-seat cap
The rate rise is 21% on Plus and 14% on Pro; the cap on Plus moves every team above 10 people to Pro.

How Attio credits work, and what extra credits cost

Attio's credit system has two meters, per the workspace and seat credits guide. Seat credits belong to one person and pay only for Ask Attio, the chat agent that drafts follow ups and answers pipeline questions for each rep. Workspace credits are a shared pool that pays for workflows and every other AI feature, and Ask Attio falls back to that pool once a member's own allowance runs dry. Both renew monthly.

The per-action rates are published, and the devil's in the details of the AI attributes:

  • Summarize record, prompt completion and classify record: 1 credit per record.
  • Web agent research and enrichment: 10 credits per record, limited only by the pool.
  • Workflow blocks that create or update records, send HTTP requests or enroll contacts in sequences: 1 credit each; triggers, logic and data lookups are free.
  • Ask Attio actions: 10 to 20 credits for meeting prep or summaries of calls, 15 to 20 for follow ups, 50 to 80 for an outreach search with drafts.

For sales teams running AI at scale, at those rates a Pro account's 10,000 workspace credits buy 1,000 web agent runs a month, and a Plus workspace's 1,500 buy 150. Running web agent enrichment once across a 2,000-company database takes 20,000 credits and drains the pool quickly, twice the $79 plan's monthly pool.

Attio lets admins stop Ask Attio from drawing on the shared pool, which protects workflows from a heavy chat user and keeps the system running when one rep burns through credits fast.

Extra workspace credits come in four packs on Attio's rate card, available on Plus and higher tiers:

PackMonthly billingAnnual billingCost per 1,000 credits, annual
+5,000 a month$85$70$14.00
+10,000 a month$150$120$12.00

For a 25-user team on the $79 plan, the $840 smallest pack is a drop in the bucket against $23,700 in seats. A Pro team building AI attributes that doubles its pool with the +10,000 pack to use them efficiently adds $1,440 a year.

That's the line the price per seat never shows, and a Capterra reviewer flagged it. Ben J., a founder in computer software, wrote in an August 2025 Capterra review that "Credit consumption is very fast with workflows" while crediting Attio with "amazing value given the low license cost."

Euro pricing runs on its own card. The EUR rate card shows Plus at EUR 31* annual and Pro at EUR 74*, and the smallest credit pack carries the same numerals as the dollar card, EUR 70* for +5,000 on annual billing.

* Attio shows these prices in euros. At the European Central Bank reference rate of 14 October 2026 (1 EUR = 1.1195 USD), EUR 31 is about $34.70, EUR 74 about $82.84 and EUR 70 about $78.37.

Hidden costs past the per-user price

The real cost of Attio sits in five places the plan cards understate, and the per-seat rate is only part of it. Read between the lines of the rate card and each one is there.

  1. The 11th hire. Plus is capped at 10 seats, so a workspace that needs more seats moves all 11 users to Pro. A $4,200 Plus year becomes $10,428, $6,228 more.
  2. One custom object. A 4-person team on Plus that needs a single custom object for its pipeline pays $79 per user for building it, $2,112 more a year than Plus.
  3. Monthly billing. $44 against $35 and $99 against $79 is a 25% premium, the expensive way to keep the right to leave after 30 days.
  4. Credit packs. $840 to $5,700 a year on annual billing, from the smallest pack to the largest; the combination of seats and credits is the total cost.
  5. SSO. Single sign-on and SCIM sit on Enterprise only, so a security or compliance review where they're required hits the ceiling of the self-serve path.

Additional tools add to the total cost of ownership and the real cost. Attio's call intelligence is built for video meetings, so phone calls come from separate dialer tools, and its automatic enrichment stops at firmographics such as logo, category, location and employee count, so most sales teams still pay for contact data tools in their stack. Our Clay pricing breakdown and sales engagement pricing report cost those layers.

Integration gaps are the last line. Attio's native connectors and integrations to Slack, Stripe and Clay through the App Store, and the API, are on every plan, with no extra licence required; teams that want the whole stack mirrored in one database add sync tools, which bill separately. For the rest of the stack, connect Attio through its API or a workflow HTTP block, at 1 credit per request.

Migration shows on no invoice. Attio's migration service is a "Talk to sales" item, and the self-serve route is a CSV import, so a team moving contacts, deals and activities from HubSpot or Salesforce spends its own time on field mapping and building reports again. That operational friction is the risk that can break any CRM move, so budget setup time in hours before committing. A stitch in time saves nine: map the fields before the import.

What Attio costs at 3, 5, 10 and 25 seats

Team size decides the tier before features do, given the seat structure, and seats take the lion's share of the bill at every size in the table. The figures use the published rates and annual billing; monthly billing adds 25% to every paid row.

Team sizeCheapest plan that fitsAnnual costOn the $79 plan, annual
3 usersFree$0$2,844
5 usersPlus$2,100$4,740
10 usersPlus$4,200$9,480
11 usersPro$10,428$10,428
25 usersPro$23,700$23,700
Annual Attio cost by team size on the cheapest plan that fits: $0 at 3 seats on Free, $2,100 at 5 seats and $4,200 at 10 seats on Plus, then $10,428 at 11 seats and $23,700 at 25 seats on Pro
The bill more than doubles between 10 and 11 users because Plus is capped at 10.

Users outgrow the free plan on headcount first, and quickly, and the 3 seats break before the 50,000 records do. A fourth hire ends it, and 4 users on Plus run $1,680 a year. The 10-user jump is the one to plan around: a team at 8 that expects three more hires this year should price the unlimited-seat plan now and cross that bridge when the offer letters go out.

The cost per user stays flat inside a plan. Attio publishes no volume discount below Enterprise, so the 25th rep costs $948 a year on annual billing, the same as the first, and a sales team that will scale past 50 should ask for an Enterprise quote with real numbers attached.

What buyers pay in practice

Below Enterprise, buyers pay the pricing as listed; Attio publishes every self-serve tier and checkout applies it. The Vendr marketplace page for Attio carries no median contract value or purchase count, so there's no tracked spread against list for this CRM.

Reviewers split on value. On Software Advice, a venture capital reviewer in November 2025 scored value for money 1 out of 5, an IT services reviewer in March 2026 scored it 2, and a computer software reviewer in March 2025 gave it 5. Others bought on price, and two things come up in their reviews: price and build quality. Fredrik S., head of growth at a marketing firm, wrote in a September 2024 Capterra review:

"At first it came down to pricing and during our tests we realised that Attio is very well built."

Fredrik S., Head of Growth, Marketing and Advertising, Capterra, 13 September 2024

In the same review he wrote that "Attio has a higher engineering quality and isn't too expensive."

Julia R., in community and partnerships at an IT services company, gave the same reason in a Capterra review that month:

"I chose Attio over the other products because of the ease of use, features available considering the price"

Julia R., Community and Partnerships, Information Technology and Services, Capterra, 3 September 2024

How to negotiate Attio pricing

Attio's self-serve plans leave four levers, and only one needs a call with Attio's sales team.

  • Annual billing. Teams that choose it get the 20% discount Attio advertises on Plus and Pro, and it cuts credit packs by 18% to 21%.
  • The startup program. Venture-backed companies incorporated less than 10 years ago and signed up within 90 days get 80% off annual Pro and credits in year one and 30% in year two, for up to 10 seats, plus dedicated onboarding support, 3 months of Linear and 6 months of Notion, per attio.com/startups.
  • The trial. 14 days of the full $79 plan with no credit card required, enough to evaluate two weeks of credit burn before committing.
  • Enterprise terms. Attio's sales team sets them case by case. Record limits, workspace credits and onboarding help are set in the quote, so they're the items to trade against headcount at renewal.

For a 10-person startup the program is the largest lever: Pro at $9,480 a year drops to $1,896 in year one and $6,636 in year two.

Budgeting on the year-one price alone puts all your eggs in one basket. Plan for the year-two number, and note the offer is valid for workspaces of up to 10 seats, so startups that scale past 10 seats fall outside it; the 80% comes with no strings attached for 12 months, then it's gone. Even the year-two price is a fraction of list for startups that qualify.

The strongest thing to bring to the table is a credible alternative, and Attio's buyers name the alternatives they compared. Chris G., a founder in marketing and advertising, put the HubSpot comparison into numbers in a September 2024 Capterra review:

"I'd rather pay $60 or so per month now and feel safe with it, than fall into Hubspot's $20 per month trap which quickly becomes $800 per month once you're hooked."

Chris G., Founder, Marketing and Advertising, Capterra, 26 September 2024

On Hacker News, user rhubarbtree wrote in January 2026 that "Attio is better than every American CRM at SME/early stage startup stage." User yowlingcat, in a January 2026 thread on building CRM software in-house, made the case for skipping Salesforce:

"in favor of a next gen CRM that is both more cost effective and easier to customize."

yowlingcat, Hacker News, 11 January 2026

Attio vs HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and folk

Among modern CRM alternatives on price, Attio's positioning is in the middle: it's cheaper than HubSpot Professional and Salesforce's Pro Suite per user, and dearer than Pipedrive and folk at the tier that unlocks comparable automation and deeper reporting. The table prices each vendor's mid tier for 10 users from its own published rate.

CRMEntry paid plan, per user/monthMid tier, per user/month10 users on mid tier, a yearSource

folk$24 (Standard)$48 (Premium)$5,760folk.app

Annual-billing rates where the vendor offers them; HubSpot's catalog gives monthly list prices. Checked 16 October 2026.

The differences between Attio and HubSpot show in that table and in the gates. HubSpot's Starter seat is $15 cheaper than Attio Plus, but a Professional sales seat at $100 costs $21 more than Attio Pro, and Chris G.'s $20-to-$800 complaint is about that climb. Unlike Attio, HubSpot sells Core and Sales seats at different prices, so a mixed team can pay less for users who don't need sales tools.

Attio's positioning is flexibility over depth. Buyers who choose on price should be honest about the trade: a system with more flexibility asks for more decisions, and that complexity is real. Compared with Salesforce, setup on Attio takes a CSV import and a mailbox sync, with no admin hire in the setup plan. Attio sells speed and simplicity.

Reviewers quoted in our Attio CRM review say its reports trail HubSpot's and Salesforce's, so the friction moves from setup to reporting depth. Teams adapting a CRM from scratch get the flexible CRM they asked for; teams that want a deeper reporting suite out of the box get it faster at HubSpot.

folk is the cheaper relationship CRM, at $48 for Premium with sequences; our folk CRM review covers what that tier gates. Capsule CRM sits lower still for teams that need no schema work.

Is Attio worth it, and who it's priced for

Is Attio good value? Attio is worth its price for go to market teams of 4 to 10 people who want Attio's flexible data model inside Plus's five standard objects, and for venture-backed startups that qualify for the 80% discount. Our Attio review scores the product itself; on price alone the fit narrows to three cases.

  • Founders and co founder pairs who work alone or in threes: Free with 3 seats, email and calendar sync for their contacts and the API costs nothing.
  • Small teams and small businesses of 4 to 10 that live in standard objects, where Plus fits: Plus at $420 per seat a year.
  • Teams that need custom objects, call intelligence, sequences and a custom pipeline in one CRM system: the $79 plan at $948 per seat a year, before credits.

To be honest about fit, Attio is a poor buy for a team with enterprise complexity that needs enterprise security on day one, or one that'll run AI attributes at scale across tens of thousands of records a month; both pay for Enterprise or credit packs on top of seats.

At 50 users on that plan the bill reaches $47,400 a year, the point where an Enterprise quote with negotiated credits makes sense to request. Agencies and businesses comparing relationship-led tools can check our relationship intelligence platforms ranking.

What to budget for Attio

Budget the seat rate, the credit pack and the next hire for the first year of ownership. A team ready to close its first deals on Attio should know all three before it signs, and each seat holder will receive 500 or 1,000 seat credits a month on the paid plans. A real budget line for year one, for a 10-person sales team on Pro, is $9,480 in seats plus $1,440 for one +10,000 credit pack, $10,920 in all; on Plus it's $4,200 plus $840 for the smallest pack, $5,040.

  • Seats: $420 (Plus) or $948 (Pro) per user a year on annual billing.
  • Credits: $840 to $5,700 a year per pack on annual billing, or nothing if the included pool covers the workflows and automation.
  • Headcount buffer: bite the bullet and price the $79 tier if the team will be moving past 10 users inside the contract year, since every new rep needs a seat.
  • Outside tools in the sales stack: contact data, dialing and any warehouse sync, priced separately.
  • Additional tools and integrations for the rest of the stack: Attio's API is free on every plan, so the cost is in building workflows and reports.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Attio cost per month?

Attio costs $0 on Free, $35 per user/month on Plus billed annually or $44 billed monthly, and $79 per user/month on Pro billed annually or $99 monthly. Enterprise is a custom quote.

Is Attio free forever?

Yes, inside the caps. Free is capped at 3 seats and covers 50,000 records and 250 workspace credits a month with no end date; the separate 14-day trial runs on the tier above Plus.

How much does Attio CRM cost for a 10-person team?

A 10-person team pays $4,200 a year on Plus or $9,480 on Pro with annual billing. For an 11th user Pro is required, at $10,428 a year.

Is Attio a good CRM?

For small teams that want a flexible data model and build their own objects and relationships, reviewers say yes: rhubarbtree on Hacker News rated it above every American CRM at the early-stage startup stage. Value-for-money scores on Software Advice range from 1 to 5.

How does Attio work?

Attio syncs a team's email and calendar, builds records for contacts and companies from that data, enriches the contacts automatically, updates them in real time, and runs enrichment, pipelines, workflows and AI agents on top. Sales teams use it as a pipeline system; investors and agencies use custom objects for deal flow and clients. Seats set the plan; workspace and seat credits pay for AI and automation.

How much does a CRM cost per month?

Compared on the mid tier, CRM seats from the five vendors above run from $48 (folk Premium) to $100 (HubSpot Professional sales seat, Salesforce Pro Suite) a month. Attio Pro sits at $79 on annual billing.

What are the key differences between Attio and HubSpot?

Attio charges one price per user for the whole workspace and meters AI features through credits. HubSpot sells cheaper Core seats beside $100 Sales seats on Professional. Attio's entry paid plan is $35 against HubSpot Starter's $20, and Attio puts advanced security (SSO and SCIM) on Enterprise only.

Bottom line

Attio CRM pricing in October 2026 comes down to two published rates, one cap and real numbers on credits. The rates are $35 and $79 per seat on annual billing, up from $29 and $69 before July 2026, and the 10-seat cap on Plus is the number that moves most budgets. A team under 10 users pays one of the lower prices among flexible CRMs; a team over 10 pays $79 a head, and needs a budget line for credits on top.

Credits are the second bill. Before building pipeline workflows, price the AI attributes and workflows a team needs against the included pool, add a second pack only if the math says so, and take the 20% annual discount unless the 25% monthly premium buys flexibility the team needs.
