Seamless.AI pricing: the free plan, Basic license and quote-only Pro and Enterprise tiers
Seamless.AI's pricing page FAQ says the Pro plan starts at 10,000 annual credits. Its own knowledge base article says the same Pro License gets 10,000 credits a month, refreshed monthly, and neither page mentions the other.
Free is the only tier with a number attached: zero dollars, capped at 50 credits that never refresh. Basic License, Pro and Enterprise all route through a sales call instead, and Seamless's own blog states it outright: "there's no fixed pricing rate."
A cluster of third-party trackers, Cognism, Lindy and Cleanlist among them, all cite a "$147/month Basic plan" as if Seamless published it. Seamless has never confirmed that number, and it doesn't appear on seamless.ai/pricing as the page reads today. The company's own blog contradicts it directly.
This report checks Seamless's pricing page, FAQ, knowledge base and credit-consumption rules against each other, then against what 5,358 G2 reviewers say they pay in practice. It's written for anyone budgeting for a Free, Basic, Pro or Enterprise seat before that sales call happens, and for anyone who's already got a quote and nothing public to compare it against.
222 of those reviews raise cost unprompted, more than any other complaint category G2 tracks for this product.
The numbers Seamless.AI pricing, checked 13 Aug 2026
Only the Free tier carries a number Seamless publishes itself; Basic, Pro and Enterprise all end at "contact sales."
The 10,000-credit figure on the Pro plan means two different things depending which Seamless page a buyer reads.
222 of Seamless's 5,358 G2 reviews raise cost unprompted, more than any other complaint category G2's summary tracks for this product.
How much does Seamless.AI cost
The honest answer is: for one user doing light prospecting, nothing. For anyone past that, Seamless won't say until a sales rep does. The pricing page carries three named tiers, Free, Pro and Enterprise, and only Free shows a dollar figure. Pro and Enterprise both route to a "Contact sales" button that opens seamless.ai/pricing-inquiry.
A fourth tier exists that the pricing page never names. Seamless's own knowledge base documents a "Basic License" carrying 250 Universal Credits a month, refreshed on the contract's start date. It doesn't appear anywhere on seamless.ai/pricing, which is likely why third-party trackers backfilled a $147-a-month figure for it that Seamless itself has never confirmed.
Seamless.AI's pricing tiers
Four license types exist across Seamless's own pages, though the public pricing page shows three. Credit allowances, refresh cadence and what's bundled all shift by tier, and the shifts aren't always documented in the same place.
Free
One user, 50 credits, no credit card at signup. The credits don't replenish; once they're spent, the account sits at zero until someone upgrades.
Free includes email addresses, phone numbers, the real time search engine returning real time contact data instead of a static lookup, export downloads, Pitch Intelligence, and Seamless's Connect module bundling outreach tools for emailing, calling and tasks. Support on Free is limited to the self-serve Knowledge Base and Email Support; Priority Support Queue and Live Chat Support both switch on only once a team upgrades to Pro.
Free does not include a Free Admin Seat or Advanced Organization Management. AI Assistant, Data Enrichment, Autopilot and Buyer Intent Data are marked "Add-on" on the pricing page for every tier, but on Free specifically each one is also crossed out. There's no purchase path to add them without upgrading first, and Free's Chrome Extension, which pulls phone numbers and email addresses directly on LinkedIn and company pages, doesn't consume a credit to install.
Basic license
250 Universal Credits a month, refreshed on the contract's start date, per Seamless's own credit-and-license-types article. No price appears anywhere near this description, and the tier doesn't show up on the pricing page's three-column layout at all. A buyer who only reads /pricing would never learn Basic exists. Seamless doesn't offer transparent pricing on this tier at all; the credit limits are the only public detail Seamless has attached to it.
Pro plan
Billed per user, with unlimited exports and annual credit packages, one credit buys phone numbers plus an email address for the same contact. The pricing page marks Pro "Most popular" among the paid plan options. Free Admin Seat and Advanced Organization Management both switch on.
AI Assistant, one entry in the AI agents category most sales intelligence tools now compete on, Data Enrichment, Autopilot and Buyer Intent Data all move from "unavailable" to "available as a paid add-on," each still tagged with the same plus-icon the Free tier used to mark them as blocked. Custom pricing is the only route to any of the four.
Here's where Seamless's own documentation splits. The pricing page FAQ states: "Pro plans start off at 10,000 annual credits." The separate credit-and-license-types knowledge base article states: "Pro License - Users receive 10,000 Universal Credits per month. These credits refresh monthly on the contract date." Annual and monthly aren't interchangeable, and Seamless hasn't reconciled the two pages.
Enterprise plan
Unlimited users, unlimited exports, custom credit packages, a named Customer Success contact and Enterprise Support. Every feature Pro gates behind a paid add-on ships as a checkmark on Enterprise, including the four premium modules.
Enterprise Security and Compliance, listed on the pricing page as SOC 2 Type 2 across all tiers plus SSO through Okta or Google, carries through from Free with no upgrade required. Phone Support activates only on Enterprise, staffed 9am to 5pm ET, Monday through Friday, per the FAQ.
What each tier gates
Four modules sit behind the same wall on every paid tier: AI Assistant, Data Enrichment, Autopilot and Buyer Intent Data. None of the four is bundled into the base per-seat fee on Pro or Enterprise. Each is priced separately, and Seamless doesn't publish what that add-on costs on the public pricing page. The table below lists the key features each tier unlocks; Pitch Intelligence ships on every tier including Free, unlike the four gated modules above it.
| Feature | Free | Pro | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|
| Email addresses, cell phones, real-time search | Included | Included | Included |
| Free Admin Seat, Advanced Org Management | Not available | Included | Included |
| AI Assistant, Data Enrichment, Autopilot, Buyer Intent | Not available at any price | Paid add-on | Included |
| Priority Support Queue, Live Chat | Not available | Included | Included |
| Dedicated Success Manager, Quarterly Business Reviews, Phone Support | Not available | Not available | Included |
The gap between Free and Pro isn't gradual. Free loses access to the four premium modules entirely, not at a discount; Pro unlocks the right to buy them separately. A team that needs even one of the four, most commonly Buyer Intent, has no path to it without a sales conversation.
Add-ons priced outside the base fee
Four modules sit outside the base fee, and each spends credits at its own rate, per Seamless's own credit-consumption documentation:
- Buyer Intent Data runs on Bombora signals across more than 5,000 publisher sites and surfaces results as a separate resource Seamless calls Intent Topics. Intent Topics sit outside the Universal Credits pool that covers the rest of the platform.
- Data Enrichment burns one credit per contact or row processed, replacing outdated data with a fresher pull before it reaches a rep's queue.
- Autopilot spends one credit per contact researched, the same rate as a manual search.
- AI Assistant and AI Prompts and Campaigns each use a fractional 0.2 credit per interaction or generated message.
None of these four carries a published dollar figure anywhere on seamless.ai. A team pricing out Buyer Intent Data specifically has to ask sales what it costs on top of whatever Pro or Enterprise seat price it already negotiated. API Access ships as one more Universal Credit use case, alongside Job Changes, which some competitors market as job change alerts and Seamless runs on 30, 60, 90, 180 and 365-day windows for new hires and promotions.
What drives a Seamless.AI quote
Seat count moves the number first: Pro is billed per user, so a five-person team and a fifty-person team land on different totals before credits enter the conversation. Credit volume moves it second, since Pro and Enterprise both run on "Annual Credit Packages" or "Custom Packages" sized to the buyer's stated usage.
Add-on selection moves it third. A buyer who wants Buyer Intent Data bundled in from day one is negotiating a materially different contract than one buying seats and credits alone.
Annual billing moves it fourth, and Seamless's own FAQ names the reason directly: "We offer a very attractive discounted price for subscriptions billed annually. The prices shown on this page reflect this annual discount." Every price Seamless does quote assumes a buyer will pay yearly; no separate month-to-month figure exists for that discount to be measured against, so a rep has to be asked directly before the number changes.
Four levers move the number: seats, credit volume, add-ons and billing frequency, the same four inputs this site's pricing intelligence guide tracks across every quote-only vendor.
Hidden costs in Seamless.AI pricing
Seamless's credit model spends the same 1 credit if a contact search returns a usable match or not, and data quality is where that shows up first. One G2 reviewer, a Sales Director at a small business, put it this way in a review dated 2 May 2026:
"The other thing is the credit system, it can feel a bit opaque. A 'credit' gets used whether the contact data ends up being usable or not, and while there's a process to flag bad data, it's not as frictionless as I'd like."
Volume compounds the problem for high-output teams and other high volume prospecting teams. An Independent Translator wrote on 14 July 2026: "Credit usage can also add up quickly, especially for teams doing large-scale prospecting." A Founder at a small business, reviewing the same week, was blunter: "The pricing, it's too expensive."
An Assistant GM at a banking company described the data accuracy gap directly, in a G2 review dated 28 May 2026: "maybe 70% deliverability on emails they mark as verified... Found out a bunch of our 'verified' contacts had changed jobs 3-4 months ago."
That's inconsistent data quality charged at full price. Seamless's Prospector markets a large contact database, cited elsewhere on seamless.ai at over 1.3 billion contacts, running on the same 1-credit-per-search rate no matter how current any single record is.
Contract structure carries its own cost. A GTM Manager at a mid-market company flagged the entry tier's credit limits specifically on 16 June 2026: "Limited Credits for the lower tier plans the entry level user can justify the tools usage based on free credits and price is relatively higher compared to other players."
A Trusted Advisor at a small consulting firm found the volume math didn't hold up once "leads" turned out to mean something narrower than expected, in a review dated 8 July 2026: "Quick math = 365000 leads a year for $1500 that's a killing of a deal. But then, I found out that 'leads' were sourced contacts matching ICP, not real leads as these people/companies have not yet raised their hand as interested to be approached by my sales team."
What Seamless doesn't confirm about itself
The Pro credit figure isn't the only number Seamless's own pages disagree on. Prospector's product page, checked 13 August 2026, claims "1.3B+ verified contacts," while a separate Seamless page cites 1.8 billion verified emails and "2B+ leads researched," a figure this report did not source from Prospector itself.
Integration counts split the same way: Seamless's own navigation menu advertises "6,000+ tools," while Prospector's FAQ, checked the same day, states integration "with all the most popular CRMs, from Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, and 9,000+ apps via Zapier." Neither figure is wrong on its face; they're just two different numbers for the same claim, on two pages Seamless controls.
Accuracy carries the same gap. Prospector's FAQ answers "How accurate is the contact information" with a process description, "our 10-step real-time verification process enhances the reliability of the data provided," and no percentage. The 90 to 98% accuracy figures that circulate around this product in search results don't come from that page, or from the pricing page, or from anywhere else on seamless.ai checked for this report.
Review-platform sentiment splits by an even wider margin than the numbers above. Trustpilot rates Seamless.AI at 1.4 stars, against G2's 4.4/5 across 5,358 reviews, per this site's Seamless.AI review, accessed 11 August 2026. Trustpilot reviewers in that same research describe unexpected auto-renewals and a 60-day written-notice requirement to cancel, a term this report could not confirm on seamless.ai's own policy pages.
What Seamless.AI customers pay in practice
Seamless has no listing on Vendr, the procurement tracker that publishes median contract values pulled from real purchases. Checked 13 August 2026, Vendr's Seamless.AI page shows its three tiers described in prose, then a price calculator that returns "No sample data" instead of a benchmark. That's a contrast against ZoomInfo, whose Vendr page carries a $33,500 median contract across 1,012 tracked purchases with an average 21.81% negotiated savings.
Without a procurement benchmark, the widely repeated $147-a-month figure for a "Basic plan" is the closest thing to a public number, and it traces to third-party pricing blogs. Seamless's own position on that number is unambiguous: the company's blog states there's no fixed rate, and the pricing page itself shows no dollar figure for Basic, Pro or Enterprise.
G2's own auto-generated summary of this product's reviews states that "users feel that Seamless is expensive, especially for small to medium businesses seeking personalized packages," a line drawn from 222 reviews.
How to negotiate Seamless.AI pricing
Seamless runs a named discount path for buyers switching providers. The Switch and Save Program, per the pricing page FAQ, lets "eligible prospects... save up to 50% off what you're paying your current provider," arranged by emailing sales@seamlessleads.com directly.
Contract terms are worth negotiating before signing, not after. One reviewer's experience with renewal timing illustrates why: a CEO at a small business wrote on 29 May 2026 that "renewal or subscription modification is impossible without booking a calendar call with a customer support person. In my case, I did so 40 days before my renewal date, and was unprofessionally informed I could not cancel and would be billed without my consent."
Another reviewer, an Owner/Developer in marketing and advertising, described the annual commitment itself as the trap, in a review dated 19 May 2026: "They lock you in to an annual subscription before you can truly test out the platform so that once you realize it is garbage they can send collection agents after you." Both reviews carry a 0.0 out of 5 rating on G2.
A third data point on contract flexibility: a reviewer identified only as Marci R. wrote on 30 March 2026 that a request to amend contract terms after a change in internal systems went unanswered: "I reached out multiple times to discuss amending my contract due to changes in our systems, a completely reasonable request, and was met with complete silence."
Confirm cancellation windows and amendment terms in writing before the contract is signed, not after a renewal date has already passed.
Who Seamless.AI pricing fits
Sales teams comparing sales intelligence tools rarely get a number without a call, and Seamless is no exception past its Free tier, which fits a single rep doing light, occasional prospecting who can live inside 50 non-replenishing credits. Once that runs out, the jump to Pro brings per-user annual billing and moves every premium module behind a separate purchase, which changes the calculus for a five-to-fifteen-person team fast.
Larger buyers face a different mismatch. A Senior Account Manager at a mid-market financial firm, comparing Seamless against two other vendors it already runs, wrote on 1 July 2024: "I believe the pricing packages offered to us seem to be right above the others. We all work with Zoominfo, Cognism and Seamless, but we would like to centralize every department with the usage of one tool only. We are talking about >250 users."
At that scale, per-seat pricing without a published enterprise rate card makes vendor consolidation a negotiation.
Small teams sit in the middle of that range. A Founder at a small IT services company wrote on 1 June 2026 that the sales-led model itself is the friction point: "they do not have prices mentioned on their website and we have to contact their sales team to get the quote."
That single step, a required call before any number appears, is the same complaint that shows up across pricing-comparison sites for this product, and it's the direct result of Seamless never listing Pro or Enterprise rates publicly.
Seamless.AI against its alternatives
Buyers researching Seamless.AI alternatives for lead generation usually land on the same four names, a shortlist that overlaps with the 18 ZoomInfo alternatives ranked elsewhere on this site among company data providers. Billing units differ enough across this category that a like-for-like price comparison isn't possible without a quote from each vendor. What's comparable is what each one publishes.
| Tool | Free tier | Published paid pricing | G2 rating |
|---|---|---|---|
| Seamless.AI | 50 credits, 1 user, no card | None; Pro and Enterprise both quote-only | 4.4/5, 5,358 reviews |
| Apollo.io | Free forever, 50 trial credits | Unlimited plans capped by Fair Use Policy at the lesser of paid amount ÷ $0.025 or 1M credits/year | 4.7/5, 9,015 reviews |
| Lusha | 40 credits/month; 1 email = 1 credit, 1 phone = 10 credits | Quote-only above 5 seats | 4.3/5 |
| Cognism | None | $1,500 to $25,000 a year, per Vendr, accessed 11 Aug 2026* | 9.1/10 support score, 993 reviews |
| ZoomInfo | 10 reveal credits at signup | Quote-only; Vendr median $33,500/year, 1,012 deals* | 4.5/5, 9,384 reviews |
*Cognism and ZoomInfo figures are Vendr-tracked medians, not vendor list prices; see our Cognism pricing report for the full breakdown.
No two vendors in the category price on the same unit. Seamless and Lusha both run on credits, but Lusha prices phone numbers at 10 credits against Seamless's flat 1-credit rate for a matched phone number and email, which makes a credit-for-credit comparison meaningless without also comparing what a credit buys.
Every vendor in this table claims verified data or verified contact data on its own marketing pages; none of the five publishes a bounce rate next to that claim. Apollo is the one competitor here with a genuinely free-forever tier, and it's the only one of the four alternatives with a G2 rating ahead of Seamless's own 4.4/5 across sales intelligence tools generally.
What to budget for Seamless.AI
Below Pro, budget for zero dollars and 50 credits that never come back. Above it, the two numbers that move the contract are seat count, since Pro bills per user, and add-on selection, since Buyer Intent Data, Data Enrichment, Autopilot and AI Assistant all sit outside the base fee on every paid tier except Enterprise.
Credit burn depends on action taken, not headcount alone, per Seamless's own documentation:
- 1 credit per contact search returning both company data and contact records
- 1 credit per Data Enrich row
- 1 credit per Autopilot contact
- 0.2 credit, fractional, for each AI Assistant interaction or AI-generated campaign message
A team running heavy Data Enrich against an existing CRM list will burn credits at a different rate than one doing manual contact-by-contact search, even on an identical seat count. Teams that hit their credit limits mid-cycle on a Bulk Purchase Pool can add additional credits to the shared pool at any point in the contract.
Legacy accounts opened before 1 April 2026 may still run on the older Standard Credit system, refreshed daily instead of monthly; that package is closed to new purchases, so budget on Universal Credits' monthly or annual cadence instead. The pricing FAQ names one more path for large accounts: "Custom plan accounts will provide a robust daily allotment of credits for 5+ license tiers," a structure that isn't priced anywhere Seamless publishes.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a Seamless.AI subscription cost?
Free costs nothing for one user and 50 non-replenishing credits. Basic, Pro and Enterprise all require a sales call; none of the three carries a published dollar figure on seamless.ai.
How much does Seamless cost?
The same answer applies under either name. Seamless rebranded from "Seamless.AI" to "Seamless" on 10 Feb 2026 while keeping the seamless.ai domain and the same three-tier, mostly-unpriced pricing structure. The company, founded by CEO Brandon Bornancin and headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, has not changed its pricing model along with the name.
Is Seamless worth it?
That depends on how a buyer weighs a 4.4/5 rating across 5,358 G2 reviews against the 222 of those reviews that call the product expensive, plus the renewal and cancellation complaints documented above. The answer varies by team size: it's a tradeoff between data volume and contract flexibility, not a fixed verdict.
How much does AI cost per month?
For Seamless.AI specifically, month-to-month pricing isn't published. The FAQ states pricing shown reflects an annual-billing discount, meaning a month-to-month rate, if one exists, requires asking sales directly.
What is Seamless.AI's annual revenue?
Seamless.AI is privately held and doesn't publish a revenue figure on its own site, in its pricing documentation, or in its company pages.
How to cancel Seamless.AI subscription?
Cancellation and subscription changes route through a scheduled call with support, per multiple G2 reviews cited above. At least one reviewer reported requesting cancellation 40 days ahead of a renewal date and being told cancellation wasn't possible at that point, so buyers should confirm the cancellation window in writing at signing.
Does Seamless.AI include phone numbers?
Yes. Every tier, including Free, returns phone numbers alongside email addresses for each credit spent. Upgrading doesn't unlock additional contact fields; it unlocks more credits, add-ons and support levels.
Bottom line
Seamless.AI's pricing page tells a buyer almost nothing past the free tier, and two of its own remaining pages don't agree with each other on what "10,000 credits" means for Pro. The $147-a-month figure that shows up across the search results for this exact query isn't Seamless's number; it's a third-party estimate the company has never confirmed and its own blog directly contradicts.
What is confirmed, straight from Seamless's own documentation: a non-replenishing 50-credit free tier, a Basic License the pricing page never mentions, and four premium modules that stay behind a paid add-on wall on every tier short of Enterprise. Budget from those facts, sourced straight from seamless.ai.
