Call Intelligence Software: 10 Platforms Ranked for 2026
· Prefer this source on Google
Quick comparison of the 10 call intelligence platforms
One row per ranked tool, in ranking order. The ten-rep column prices the cheapest tier that transcribes calls with AI, billed annually, and the entry AI tier is that tier's seat price.
| # | Provider | Ten reps, one year | Entry AI tier | Best fit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Dialpad | $1,800 | $15/user/mo | Teams replacing the phone system |
| 2 | CallMiner | $88,900 median* | Quote only | Regulated contact centers |
| 3 | Aircall | $3,600 | $30/license/mo | SMB teams on HubSpot or Zendesk |
| 4 | JustCall | $3,480 | $29/user/mo | Outbound teams, live assist under $100 |
| 5 | RingCentral ACE | $9,600 | $60/user/mo on RingEX | Existing RingCentral customers |

| 10 | Quo | $2,760 | $23/user/mo | Small teams, summaries only |
Medians marked * are Vendr's anonymized buyer-reported contract values for a contract of any seat count. Everything else is the price the vendor publishes itself.
Where these figures come from
List prices, license minimums and feature tiers are each vendor's own published figure, read in September 2026. Medians marked * come from the header stats in Vendr's marketplace. CTM's row is a floor, since numbers and minutes bill as usage. CallMiner, Observe.AI and Invoca publish no list price at any seat count, so no row states one for them.
Two sibling rankings score neighbouring vendors from a different framing. The best conversation intelligence software for recorded meetings sits in our conversation intelligence software ranking, which ranks Gong, Avoma and Fireflies, and the revenue intelligence software ranking scores Clari, Outreach and Revenue.io on forecasting. This page scores tools that capture the phone line itself.
Call intelligence software records, transcribes and analyzes phone calls on the line itself, then writes the summary and the score into the CRM. The ten platforms below cover three ways of doing that: phone systems with AI built in, contact center analytics and call tracking.
Google's page one mixes two products. Salesforce, Avoma and Claap list meeting-bot conversation intelligence software, while Dialpad, RingCentral, Aircall and CloudTalk publish call intelligence pages for the phone line. This ranking covers the phone line, plus the contact center and call tracking vendors analyzing the same sales calls.
It's written for sales managers, support leads and paid-search marketers picking a first call intelligence platform or replacing one at renewal. The ten tools below appear as ranked entries on neither sibling list, and published prices put ten reps at $1,788 to $9,600 a year.
Salesforce's February 2026 survey of 4,000-plus sellers found 87% of sales organizations use some form of AI. For sales teams and revenue teams on the phone, the question is which call intelligence platform scores every call at a checkable price.
Evaluation criteria for call intelligence software
Five criteria decide the shortlist, and the ranking below applies them in this order. Talk is cheap in a demo, so each is a test that returns a yes, a no or a number.
Capture on the phone line
Dial the vendor's number from a mobile phone. If the call recording and transcript land in the log with no bot or upload, it passes, whatever the tool's conversation intelligence capabilities. Contact center tools pass through a documented telephony connector.
Share of calls scored automatically
Observe.AI says manual QA reviews about 2% of calls. We record which tools score 100% of calls against a scorecard, and the tier that unlocks call scoring.
Share of interactions CallMiner and Observe.AI each say they analyze, against the roughly 2% a manual QA team reaches by Observe.AI's own count.
Real-time guidance on a live call
Real-time coaching counts when a prompt appears mid-call and a named plan carries it.
A price you can check before the demo
We take a published per-user price or a Vendr median and price each tool for ten reps over twelve months.
Redaction and data controls
Count the entity types redacted from audio and transcripts, and check for HIPAA. Card numbers, Social Security numbers and dates of birth are the floor.

G2 review by Sophia S., administrative assistant, 22 July 2026
Nikolai U., a head of sales and marketing, said a forced upgrade came after JustCall "discontinued" his plan, and he moved to another service (G2, 4 February 2025). The forced upgrade was the last straw.
Why it's ranked #4. JustCall beats RingCentral on live guidance, documented on its $89 tier while ACE lists coaching insights. It loses to Aircall because scoring starts $39 higher, at $89 against $50.

G2 review by Subhashree S., developer at an enterprise software company, 20 August 2026
The same reviewer credited it with turning "customer conversations into actionable insights".
Why it's ranked #6. Observe.AI beats Invoca on scoring, with Auto QA on 100% of calls while Invoca sells QM as an add-on. It loses to ACE on price, $389,667 against $9,600 for ten reps.
Invoca
Best fit
B2C brands running paid search that need to prove which ads produce phone sales.
Invoca is call tracking with AI. Dynamic numbers tie each call to the ad click, and Signal AI tags it as a lead, a sale or a miss. Pro includes 6,000 annual numbers and 5 custom Signals, Enterprise 12,000 numbers and 50 Signals, and Elite 18,000 numbers and 100 Signals.

Cons
- Analytics & Salesforce cost extra on every tier.
- Coaching comes second to attribution.
- Overkill for plain call tracking.
"It is amazing to be able to use AI signals to see where pain points are and make optimizations where sales are seeing disconnects"
TrustRadius review by a verified analyst in marketing, 22 June 2024
A marketing consultant called it "expensive if we needed a simple call tracking solution only" (TrustRadius, 24 June 2021).
Why it's ranked #7. Invoca beats CTM on redaction, naming three data types it strips from recordings. It loses to Observe.AI, which scores 100% of calls while Invoca's QM costs extra.
CTM

Why it's ranked #8. CTM beats CloudTalk on live guidance, with live coaching tools on its $274 Sales Engage plan. It loses to Invoca, which documents redaction for three data types.
CloudTalk
Best fit
European outbound sales teams that want AI call scoring for €9 a seat.

- AI Voice Agents from €99 a month for 200 minutes.
- 95+ integrations above Starter.
Pricing
Starter costs €25 per user per month billed annually, Essential €29 and Expert €49. The add-on brings Starter to €34.
Pros
- The cheapest per-seat AI scoring here, €34 all-in.
- A 15-day billing grace period, per one reviewer.
- G2 rating of 4.4 from 1,935 reviews.
Cons
- Live guidance is absent from every plan.
- Calling stops when credits hit zero.
- Integrations locked on Starter.
"Even if your main subscription package is active, if your calling credits run out or dip into the negative, calling features are immediately disabled until topped up."
G2 review by Umair A., owner of a small business, 4 September 2026
Carlos S., a commercial auditor, said the automatic recordings make it "much easier to audit calls" (G2, 14 September 2026).
Why it's ranked #9. CloudTalk beats Quo on scoring, sold for €9 a seat while Quo lists call tags and summaries with no scoring feature. It loses to CTM, whose $274 Sales Engage plan adds live coaching.

Key features
- Summaries and transcripts on Business & Scale.
- Sona AI agent for missed calls.
- Call tags on Scale.
- ChatGPT & Claude MCP connector.
Pricing
Starter costs $15, Business $23 and Scale $35 per user per month annually, or $19, $33 and $47 monthly, after a 7-day free trial.
Pros
- Summaries on every sales call from $23.
- Monthly billing from $19.
- A reviewer who left RingEX cites price.
Cons
- Call scoring and real-time coaching are missing from every plan.
- Webhook API excludes messages.
- Starter summaries cover Sona calls only.
Axel K., a hospitality owner, wrote that "the Webhook API is very limited and doesn't give us access to messages." Kayla V., a field service coordinator who switched from RingEX, wrote that "Quo was cheaper and has similar features" (Capterra, 19 July 2025 and 29 June 2026).
Why it's ranked #10. Quo summarizes every call for $23 a seat, second only to Dialpad's $15. It loses to CloudTalk, which adds call scoring for €9 a seat.
What call intelligence software does
Call intelligence software records, transcribes and analyzes each call. Automatic call recording captures the audio, speech-to-text makes it searchable, and natural language processing and machine learning tag key topics, sentiment and competitor mentions, which feed our competitive intelligence tools ranking. The integration then writes the deal stage and next steps into the CRM.
Conversation analytics needs indexed conversation data, since one competitor mention in a month of unindexed call recordings is a needle in a haystack. Call summaries capture key points, action items and key insights, and the tool tracks talk ratios and rep performance. Contact centers use the same index to surface insights on recurring customer complaints, and sentiment scores flag rising frustration.
Sales coaching is the main use, and managers scale coaching through call scoring. On sales teams of ten reps, sales managers can't hear every sales call, so conversation intelligence analyzes customer conversations to surface coaching moments and identify coaching opportunities. A recording gives the objection straight from the horse's mouth, and sales training and sales performance reviews get real examples.
Objections logged this way drop straight into a competitor battlecard and a win-loss analysis, both built from what buyers said on the call.
Types of call intelligence software
Four product types sell under the call intelligence label. The capture method separates them faster than any feature list.
- Phone systems with AI built in carry the call on their own numbers and transcribe it there: Dialpad, Aircall, JustCall, CloudTalk, Quo and RingCentral with ACE, at $15 to $80 a seat.
- Contact center analytics ingest audio from the telephony a buyer already runs and score every interaction: CallMiner and Observe.AI, at Vendr medians of $88,900 and $389,667.
- Call tracking with AI assigns dynamic numbers to ads and tags each call's outcome: Invoca and CTM.
- Meeting-bot conversation intelligence sends a bot into scheduled voice and video calls: Gong, Avoma and Fireflies, ranked on the sibling page.
Some teams need two types at once. CTM's Sales Engage plan adds a softphone, call scripts and live coaching to call tracking for $274 a month per account, the best of both worlds for a team that needs ad attribution and a dialer on one bill.
Where the call data comes from
The route the audio takes sets the setup time and what the tool can hear. Four routes cover the ten vendors.
- Native carrier. Dialpad, Aircall, JustCall, CloudTalk and Quo record sales calls on their own numbers, so the transcript exists when the call ends. Moving an existing number means a port, and Quo says its team ports numbers from other carriers for free.
- Telephony connectors. CallMiner pulls audio through pre-built connectors, Observe.AI lists 250+ integrations across CRM, CCaaS and BI, and Invoca adds SIP integration on its Elite plan.
- Dynamic numbers. Invoca and CTM put a tracking number on each ad or landing page, so the call arrives already tied to the click.
- Meeting bots. Conversation intelligence tools join the calendar invite and record the video call, and a cold call dialed from a desk phone flies under the radar.
Call intelligence versus conversation intelligence
The difference between conversation intelligence and call intelligence comes down to capture. Conversation intelligence tools such as Gong, Avoma and Fireflies send a bot into voice and video calls across the sales meeting lifecycle. Dialpad and Aircall bundle conversation intelligence and call recording into the phone bill, while stand-alone conversation intelligence software such as Avoma bills per recorder seat.
Gong leads our ranking of the best conversation intelligence software, adding deal risk scoring and forecasting, and Vendr puts its median contract at $55,333 across 1,141 purchases. Our Gong review covers it. Avoma's conversation intelligence is a $29 add-on on a $19 recorder seat.
Revenue intelligence pulls deal insights and conversation insights from calls, email and CRM fields into a forecast that helps revenue teams close more deals. Call tracking ties each call to the ad behind it, and the web side sits in our digital marketing intelligence ranking.
Dialpad vs Aircall and CallMiner vs Observe.AI
Dialpad vs Aircall
Both replace the phone system, and the ten-rep bill separates them by $1,800. Dialpad Connect transcribes and summarizes every call at $15 a seat. Aircall's $30 Essentials transcribes, and summaries and call scoring wait for the $50 Professional tier.
The order flips on scoring. Aircall grades calls at $50, and Dialpad's AI Scorecards need the $150 Premium seat, so ten reps with scoring cost $6,000 on Aircall against $18,000 on Dialpad. Live coaching lands close together, at $95 on Dialpad Sell Advanced and $99 on Aircall with AI Assist Pro.
CallMiner vs Observe.AI
Both analyze 100% of contact center interactions, and both strip card and health data. Vendr's buyer data separates them on price, with CallMiner's median at $88,900 and Observe.AI's at $389,667, about 4.4 times higher.
CallMiner lists over 50 redaction entity types and bought a voice-first AI agent platform in 2025. Observe.AI runs Companion real-time assist and its AI agents on the same layer as Auto QA.
What call intelligence software costs
The spread runs from $1,788 to $389,667 a year. Seat-based phone systems cost $1,800 to $9,600 for ten reps, so a Dialpad seat is a drop in the bucket next to a CallMiner contract.
Real-time coaching sits one or two tiers up the ladder, and on Aircall it's a separate $49 add-on.
Ask for the fair-use policy and the credit rules in writing before signing. CloudTalk disables calling the moment credits reach zero, even on an active subscription.
Common mistakes when buying call intelligence software
Most overspend traces to five mistakes, and each one is visible on the vendor's own pricing page before a demo.
- Pricing the entry seat. Scoring sits on Aircall's $50 Professional, JustCall's $89 Pro Plus and Dialpad's $150 Premium, so ten reps with scoring cost $6,000 to $18,000 a year.
- Missing the license minimum. Aircall sells three licenses at a time, JustCall two, and JustCall's HIPAA-carrying Business plan needs ten.
- Skipping the usage terms. CTM bills numbers and minutes on top of its flat fee, CloudTalk stops calls at zero credits, and JustCall's fair use leaves out toll-free and forwarded calls.
- Assuming analytics are in the quote. Invoca sells Signal AI conversation analytics, redaction, QM and Salesforce as add-ons on every tier.
- Buying a bot for a phone team. A meeting-bot tool records scheduled video calls and misses the outbound dials a sales development team lives on.
The devil's in the details on the fourth one. Invoca lists four add-ons beside its base plans, so ask for each as its own line in the first quote.
Free trials and cheap call intelligence options
Four vendors on this list let a team test transcription before paying, and one meeting tool records for free.
- Dialpad Connect: 14-day free trial, then $15 a seat billed annually.
- JustCall: 14-day trial with no credit card required, so it comes with no strings attached, then $29 a seat with a two-license minimum.
- Quo: 7-day free trial, then $23 a seat for summaries on every call.
- Aircall: free access with 100 AI Voice Agents minutes at sign-up, then $30 per license, three licenses minimum.
- Fireflies: a free plan with unlimited transcription for meetings its bot joins.
The trials stop short of scoring. Call scoring starts at $89 on JustCall and $150 on Dialpad, Quo lists no scoring feature, and a Fireflies bot never hears an outbound dial.
A 14-day trial covers ten working days, enough to push 50 of your own sales calls through the tool and score the same calls by hand for comparison.
Call recording consent and compliance
Federal law sets the lower bar. Under 18 U.S.C. section 2511(2)(d), a party to a call can record it, or consent for the others, unless the recording is made to commit a criminal or tortious act.
California Penal Code section 632 makes it an offense to record a confidential communication without the consent of all parties. That answers the common question about knowing if a call is recorded, and phone systems offer an automatic call recording announcement for that reason.
Health and insurance teams need a HIPAA path on top of consent. JustCall carries HIPAA on its 10-license Business plan, CloudTalk lists HIPAA compliance on its plans, and CTM lists it from Marketing Pro.
Funding, acquisitions and renames in call intelligence
Four of the ten vendors raised money, bought a company or renamed a product since 2022, and a fifth passed a revenue milestone.
- Observe.AI raised a $125M Series C led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2 on 12 April 2022, taking its total to $213M.
- Dialpad said on 15 October 2024 that it had passed $300 million in annual recurring revenue.
- CallMiner acquired VOCALLS, a voice-first conversational AI and automation platform, on 3 June 2025.
- OpenPhone rebranded to Quo on 23 September 2025, alongside $105 million in growth financing.
- RingCentral renamed RingSense, and its release notes now list the product as AI Conversation Expert.
Vendors here that now sell AI agents to answer calls next to the analytics that score them: CallMiner through VOCALLS, Observe.AI, Aircall, CloudTalk and Dialpad.
How to run a call intelligence trial
Salesforce's guide lists four rollout steps. Write a specific goal, involve sales reps in the requirements, pick a user-friendly platform reps will open, and fund sales training and support through rollout. The same page says 40% of teams using conversation intelligence understood customer needs more thoroughly, and the 2026 State of Sales survey found sellers spend 40% of their time selling.
Run the trial on 50 of your own sales calls. Score them by hand, then compare the tool's scores, call summaries and CRM entries line by line, and check that it tracks talk ratios the way your managers coach sales conversations. Keep an eye on product names in transcripts, since Dialpad and Observe.AI reviewers both flag jargon errors.
Time how long sales managers take to build the first scorecard, since a steep learning curve shows up there. Log each vendor's results in a vendor evaluation scorecard, and our customer intelligence framework covers where the conversation data goes next.
Call intelligence FAQ
What AI can analyze phone calls?
Call intelligence software from Dialpad, Aircall, JustCall, CloudTalk and Quo analyzes calls on its own lines, and CallMiner and Observe.AI work on an existing contact center. JustCall's AI-powered script compliance and CallMiner's redaction flag compliance issues on recorded calls. Check summaries against our AI output quality checks.
Does conversation intelligence integrate with the CRM?
Yes. Dialpad, Aircall, JustCall, ACE, CloudTalk, CTM, Invoca & CallMiner list Salesforce or HubSpot integrations that log call data and conversation insights into CRM records at each step of the sales process, though Aircall gates Salesforce to Professional.
What is the difference between call intelligence and call tracking?
Call tracking records where a call came from, and call intelligence records what was said on it. Invoca and CTM do both, tying each call to an ad click with dynamic numbers, then tagging it with Signal AI or scoring it with AskAI triggers. Dialpad and Aircall start from the conversation, scoring calls on their own numbers.
Does call intelligence software work with an existing phone system?
Contact center tools do. CallMiner ingests audio through pre-built telephony connectors, Observe.AI lists 250+ integrations across CRM, CCaaS and BI, and Invoca adds SIP integration on its Elite plan. Dialpad, Aircall, JustCall, CloudTalk and Quo replace the phone system and take numbers over by port, and ACE is priced on top of a RingEX seat.
How much does call intelligence software cost for ten reps?
Published prices put ten reps at $1,788 a year on CTM plus usage, $1,800 on Dialpad Connect and $9,600 on RingEX with ACE. Quote-only vendors run higher, with Vendr medians of $27,880 for Invoca, $88,900 for CallMiner and $389,667 for Observe.AI.
Is it legal to record sales calls?
Federal law allows it when one party to the call consents, under 18 U.S.C. section 2511(2)(d). California Penal Code section 632 requires the consent of all parties to a confidential communication, so a team calling California numbers plays a recording announcement on every call.
How accurate is AI call transcription?
G2 reviewers of Dialpad and Observe.AI report errors on industry jargon, accents and poor audio, and both describe manual corrections. Test it on 50 of your own calls and check product names in every transcript.
Bottom line
Dialpad is the pick for most sales teams that want to scale coaching, with transcripts from $15 and live guidance and AI Scorecards on published tiers. Aircall at $50 wins on scoring price and JustCall at $89 on live assist.
CallMiner and Observe.AI win for contact centers that must score every call. Invoca and CTM suit marketers tying ads to calls, RingEX customers should add ACE for deal intelligence and deal risk scores, CloudTalk suits European outbound teams and Quo suits teams wanting only summaries.
