Folk CRM pricing in 2026: $24, $48 or $80 a member, and what each seat gates
The numbers Folk CRM pricing, checked 16 October 2026
A five-person team pays $1,440 a year on Standard and $2,880 on Premium, so the deal management most sales teams expect costs an extra $1,440 a year.
Enrichment doesn't scale with seats: 500 credits split across 10 members leaves 50 each a month.
The trial runs Premium features on 5% of Premium's enrichment allowance: 50 credits against 1,000.
Agencies and sales teams compare CRM seats at every renewal. Send the vendors and I'll source the tiers, limits and billing terms in a report you own.
Folk CRM pricing starts at $24 a member a month on the Standard plan, billed annually, and doubles to $48 on Premium, per folk's pricing page on 16 October 2026. Enterprise starts at $80. Monthly billing costs 25% more than annual billing on every tier: $30, $60 and from $100.
Deals, email sequences, dashboards and API access all sit on the $48 seat, enrichment credits are pooled across the whole workspace, and the 14-day trial ships with 50 enrichment credits against the 1,000 a paying Premium workspace gets. This report covers each tier, its limits, folk's billing terms and what users say about the bill.
It's written for small teams, founders and small business owners pricing a lightweight CRM for 1 to 20 people, and for growing teams deciding when the $24 seat stops being enough. Jan Suski, who runs this site, is a folk affiliate; the folk CRM review scores the product, and this page sticks to what it costs.
How much does folk CRM cost per member
Folk calls a seat a member where most CRM pricing pages say per user, and the math is the same. Folk CRM pricing is per seat, "calculated based on the number of members in your workspace," per its pricing plans article dated 3 June 2026. There's no seat minimum and every tier allows unlimited members, so a solo user pays for one seat and a 12-person agency pays for 12.

| Premium | $48 ($576/year) | $60 | 43€ ($48.19) | 54€ ($60.52) |

*The euro card is folk's own, shown on the same page with a currency toggle. Dollar conversions use the ECB reference rate of $1.1208 per euro on 15 October 2026. At that rate Standard and Premium land within 66 cents of the dollar price, while the euro Enterprise floor works out about 6% cheaper.
Annual billing is the only discount folk offers in public. Its discounts article says "we do offer 20% discount for annual plans," and $24 against $30 is exactly that. Monthly billing adds 25% to the annual rate; annual billing saves a 10-seat Premium team $1,440 a year.
The three folk CRM plan tiers
Standard plan: $24 a member, billed annually
The standard plan carries the folk CRM contact management core at $24 per user a month, billed annually. Folk's pricing page lists these built-in tools as included:
- Pipeline management, with drag and drop between stage columns
- Email campaigns at 2,000 messages per member a month
- Contact enrichment at 500 find-email credits a month for the workspace
- AI assistants for follow-ups and recaps, plus magic fields, AI-filled custom fields (2,000 AI fields a month)
- The LinkedIn extension, plus email sync, calendar and WhatsApp sync
- One synced account per member and the last 30 interactions shared with the team
- "5,000+ integrations"
That list is a fair folk CRM setup for a small business that tracks people, custom fields and a simple pipeline management board, sends one-off email campaigns and wants a clean contact database. It stops at deals. Custom objects, deal management and email sequences aren't on the Standard plan, which is the line most folk CRM review pages flag first.
Folk's Zapier setup guide connects with an API key, and the pricing plans article lists API access as a Premium addition. A team planning to wire folk into its existing tools through Zapier or Make should test the connection on the $24 seat and not jump the gun on an annual plan.
Premium plan: $48 a member, billed annually
The premium plan is where folk CRM becomes a sales CRM. Premium pays for six things Standard lacks, per the pricing page:
- Custom objects and deals, the folk CRM version of deal management
- Email sequences, so a follow-up email goes out on a schedule after the first touch
- Workspace roles and advanced roles and permissions
- Dashboards
- API access through the REST API
- The full history of interactions, in place of the last 30
Premium doubles the price and lifts most allowances: 1,000 enrichments for the workspace, 5,000 messages per member, 5,000 magic fields, five synced accounts per member and three custom domains. The Workflow Assistant jumps from 1,500 runs a month to 10,000. One allowance stays flat: the Research Assistant, folk's web search assistant built on Perplexity, gets 200 actions per workspace on every paid plan, per its help article.
For a sales team that needs to track deals through stages, the Premium plan at $48 per user is the real entry price. The $24 headline mostly serves contact-led teams who never open a pipeline of deals.
Enterprise plan: from $80 a member, billed annually
Enterprise sits behind a "Get a demo" button. Folk lists custom limits for enrichments, messages, account sync and AI fields, security controls for internal and sensitive interactions, group-level permissions, custom integrations, priority support, and 1:1 onboarding with a dedicated account manager.
Those are the features larger teams ask for, and $80 is a floor; the demo call irons out the details above it. The billing article calls it a "Custom Enterprise plan," and custom plans have to be cancelled through support.
Buyers who expect a dedicated customer success manager get the closest match on Enterprise, where the dedicated account manager runs onboarding; Standard and Premium are self-serve. Single sign-on stays Google-only on every tier, Enterprise included, so a Microsoft or Okta shop gets no SSO upgrade for the extra $32 a seat over Premium.

What each tier gates: limits side by side
Folk CRM publishes hard numbers for Standard and Premium and the word "custom" for Enterprise, from custom objects to AI assistants runs. The table pulls them from the pricing page and the pricing plans article.
| Allowance | Standard | Premium | Counted per |
|---|---|---|---|
| Find-email enrichments | 500/month | 1,000/month | Workspace |
| Magic fields (AI fields) | 2,000/month | 5,000/month | Workspace |
| Messages | 2,000/month | 5,000/month | Member |
| Workflow Assistant runs | 1,500/month | 10,000/month | Workspace |
| Research Assistant actions | 200/month | 200/month | Workspace |
| Synced email accounts | 1 | 5 | Member |
| Custom sending domains | 1 | 3 | Workspace |
| Shared interaction history | Last 30 interactions | Full | Record |
The devil's in the details here, and folk CRM publishes all the details for two of three tiers. Messages scale with seats; enrichment, magic fields and assistant runs don't. Add a fifth member to a Standard workspace and the team gets 2,000 more sends and zero extra enrichments.
Folk CRM cost for 1, 5 and 10 members
The folk CRM bill scales in a straight line per user, so folk's own numbers give a clean five-person team example: $120 a month on Standard billed annually, $240 on Premium, and a $400 floor on Enterprise. Over a year that's $1,440, $2,880 and $4,800.
- Solo user: $288 a year on Standard, $576 on Premium, $960 at the Enterprise floor
- Five-person team: $1,440, $2,880 and $4,800
- Ten members: $2,880, $5,760 and $9,600
Monthly billing for that five-person team costs $1,800 on Standard and $3,600 on Premium, so annual billing saves $360 and $720 a year. That's a drop in the bucket next to the Standard-to-Premium jump, where the price doubles and a five-person team pays $1,440 more for deals, sequences and dashboards.
Proration softens the per-seat model as the team grows, and that's how folk works for most teams adding one hire at a time. Folk's billing article says "The amount charged will always be automatically prorated," with each added or removed member reflected on the next bill.
Enrichment credits are pooled per workspace
Contact enrichment is the most quoted folk CRM feature and its most diluted one for small teams. The pricing plans article lists "500 contact enrichments per month for the workspace" on Standard and 1,000 on Premium, one pool for a workspace of one seat or twenty.
Want a credit-pool chart like this for the CRM your team pays for? Send the plan and seat count.
Email a briefSplit evenly, Standard gives a solo user 500 lookups a month, a five-member team 100 each, ten members 50 each and twenty members 25. Premium doubles every one of those to 1,000, 200, 100 and 50. A prospecting rep pulling 30 new contacts a day burns through a ten-person Premium workspace's share inside four working days.
Folk CRM's pricing page lists no credit top-up pack for contact enrichment. The routes past the cap are Premium, an Enterprise quote with custom limits, or a separate email finder; the email finder pricing report covers per-lookup rates.
Hidden costs and billing terms in folk's help center
These hidden costs sit outside any folk CRM pricing table, and each comes from folk's own documentation.
- Trial credits are tiny. The trial article lists 50 enrichment credits, 500 magic field credits, 1,000 message credits and 50 workflow executions for the two-week free trial. A team testing enrichment on a 200-contact import runs dry after the first 50, a red flag for anyone judging data quality before paying.
- The account is blocked at day 14. "After your free trial finishes, you'll be blocked unless you sign up for a paid plan," and blocked users "cannot view your groups and data." A self-serve "Add 7 days" button extends the trial period once.
- Credit cards only. The billing article states folk accepts only credit cards; a failed payment leaves 7 days to fix it before the account is temporarily blocked.
- Two cancellation instructions. The pricing page FAQ says to cancel by downgrading "to the free plan," a plan the same page doesn't sell. The billing article says to click "Cancel subscription" in Settings > Plans, with access until the end of the billing period.
- App Store seats cost more and stay solo. Folk runs in the browser, a desktop app and a mobile app. The iOS app sells Standard at $289 a year and Premium at $579, against $288 and $576 on the web. Per folk's mobile subscriptions article, a store purchase "applies to a workspace with a single member," and folk "can't cancel, change, or refund" it.
Folk's billing pages describe no general refund policy; the only refund they mention is for a tax ID correction on a first payment. Annual buyers should bite the bullet and pick the tier after the trial; a mid-year downgrade carries no published credit.
What folk users say about the price
Folk CRM holds 4.5 out of 5 from 46 reviews on Capterra and 4.1 from 21 on Trustpilot. Among the Capterra reviews that mention a plan or a price, two name a feature their tier withholds, one says the tiers were unclear, and one names the price itself.
Steven K., an engineer in writing and editing, described the trial problem on Capterra on 24 August 2025:
It wasn't super clear which features were premium and which were in the free tier when I started the trial.
Steven K., Engineer, Capterra, 24 August 2025
Two Capterra reviewers on lower plans hit the email sequences gate that automates follow-ups. William L., a partner in human resources, listed as his con "that I cant do email sequences on my current plan" in March 2025. Tristan F., a CFO in utilities, wrote in July 2025: "I'd say maybe a shame that chain emails are not accessible at our level."
Currency matters outside the US and EU. Marshal C., a cinematographer and podcast host, gave folk five stars on Capterra in May 2025 and still put pricing first among the cons:
Pricing. I am Canadian so the dollar really hurts me. As a first time user and fan I'd love to receive a discount for the first year like other software companies have.
Marshal C., Cinematographer and Podcast Host, Capterra, 8 May 2025
The harshest review targets paid features. Francisco O., a marketing and advertising director, titled his April 2025 one-star Capterra review "Paid features not working, enrichment is buggy, no custom senders," adding:
Enrichment is not working, custom senders are not available, we can only connect Gsuite accounts.
Francisco O., Director, Marketing and Advertising, Capterra, 17 April 2025
Support on the lower plans draws the other recurring complaint. Nuzhat Sadique, a US reviewer whose company bought folk month to month, gave it two stars on Trustpilot in May 2026:
We have used their help articles and have attempted to reach out to the tech team but they haven't gotten back to us (it's been a month).
Nuzhat Sadique, Trustpilot, 22 May 2026
Priority support and dedicated support only appear in the Enterprise column, so that experience is par for the course on Standard and Premium. The happy side exists too: Willem Gous, a solo entrepreneur in South Africa, wrote on Trustpilot in November 2025, "I already made my annual subscription back in the first month of using Folk."
Discounts and how to negotiate folk's pricing
Folk CRM publishes one discount and hints at three more. The 20% annual rate is automatic. The discounts article names special offers for students, NGOs and startups, without percentages, and routes buyers to folks@folk.app. A Capterra reviewer, Sophia S., gave "the Nonprofit Discount" as a reason for choosing folk, so the NGO offer is real even with no number attached.
- Ask for the startup, student or NGO rate by email before paying; the help article gives no criteria, so the ball is in your court.
- Run the trial on real data and test email sequences on live follow-ups, then add the self-serve 7 extra days before picking the premium plan.
- Keep seats lean: unlimited members means no bundle minimum, and proration charges only for seats in use.
- Ask Enterprise sales to put custom limits for enrichment and the security controls list in writing; custom plans carry no published numbers.
Below Enterprise, folk's pricing is take-it-or-leave-it, with no first-year promo of the kind Marshal C. asked for.
Folk against Attio, Pipedrive and HubSpot
The closest alternatives publish their own CRM pricing. Every figure below is the per user annual rate from the vendor's own pricing page, the fair way to set folk against other tools.
| CRM | Free option | Entry seat per user, billed annually | Second tier per user, billed annually | Email sequences start at |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| folk | 14-day trial | $24 (Standard) | $48 (Premium) | $48 |
| Attio | Free, up to 3 seats | $35 (Plus, 10-seat cap) | $79 (Pro) | $79 (Pro) |
| Pipedrive | No free plan listed | $14 (Lite) | $39 (Growth) | $39 (Growth) |
| HubSpot | Free, 2 users and 1,000 contacts | $20 list (Starter), $7 promo | Not on the Starter page | Not on the Starter page |

Attio's pricing page lists Plus at $35 yearly or $44 monthly, and Pro at $79 or $99, where "Call Intelligence & sequences" appear; the Attio review goes deeper. Pipedrive starts sequences on Growth at $39. HubSpot's Starter page lists $20 a seat as the standard price and offers new customers $7 yearly or $10 monthly for a limited time.
On email sequences alone, Pipedrive's $39 seat undercuts folk's $48, and folk undercuts Attio's $79. On a free route, HubSpot and Attio both beat a trial. Folk's case is the $24 contact management seat with enrichment, WhatsApp sync and the LinkedIn extension built in, for contact management teams that never need deals.
The best CRM for an agency mailing clients differs from the best one for an outbound team. The CRM software cost report tracks seat prices across 11 vendors, and the Capsule CRM review covers a 2-user free plan.
What to budget for folk CRM
Budget the folk CRM tier from the work, then add the seats. A contact-led small business team that sends one-off email campaigns and never runs a deal pipeline fits Standard at $288 per member a year. A sales team with a pipeline of deals, automated follow-ups on email sequences, or a dashboard for the founder needs Premium at $576 per member a year.
- Founder or solo user, relationships and follow-ups only: $288 a year
- Five-person sales team on Premium: $2,880 a year
- Ten members needing group-level permissions: $9,600 a year at the Enterprise floor, before the quote
- Any small business enriching over 100 contacts per member a month: Premium, an Enterprise quote, or a second tool
Add a buffer for a separate email finder if the team prospects at volume, and for other tools such as a dialer, and price annual plans only after the trial has run on real data. Teams on the fence can start on Standard monthly at $30 and upgrade "at any time."

Frequently asked questions
How much does folk CRM cost?
Folk CRM costs $24 per member a month on Standard, $48 on Premium and from $80 on Enterprise, billed annually. Monthly billing is $30, $60 and from $100. A five-person team pays $1,440 a year on Standard or $2,880 on Premium.
Does folk have a free plan?
No. Folk's pricing page sells three paid tiers and a two-week free trial of Premium features with no credit card, though the cancellation FAQ still refers to a free plan. Folk CRM pricing for a free route ends at day 14, plus one self-serve 7-day extension.
Is folk.com free?
Searching folk.com for CRM prices is barking up the wrong tree. Its pricing page sells a personal AI assistant from Nozomio Labs, free or $9.99 a month on Pro. The folk CRM covered here lives at folk.app.
Is folk a good CRM?
As a lightweight CRM for small teams managing relationships, yes: Capterra users rate it 4.5 from 46 reviews, and folk says it's used by 5,000+ companies on its homepage. It's a weaker fit for teams that need enterprise complexity such as SSO beyond Google, which no folk tier offers, or group-level permissions below the $80 tier. The full folk CRM review, the folk MCP review and the relationship intelligence platforms ranking cover the product side.
How much does CRM software cost?
Entry seats among folk's closest rivals run from $14 per user (Pipedrive Lite) to $35 per user (Attio Plus) a month billed annually at list price, with free plans at HubSpot and Attio. The CRM statistics report covers adoption figures for the same market.
What is the cheapest CRM?
For a small business on a budget, HubSpot's free CRM covers 2 users and 1,000 contacts, and Attio's free tier covers 3 seats. Among list prices in this comparison, Pipedrive Lite at $14 is the cheapest paid seat and folk's $24 Standard plan sits mid-pack. HubSpot's limited-time Starter offer for new customers drops to $7 a seat.
Bottom line
Folk's pricing is published, per member and easy to read, which puts folk CRM pricing ahead of the quote-only CRMs: $24, $48 and from $80 billed annually. The catch sits in what each seat gates. Deal management, email sequences, dashboards and the REST API start at $48, and enrichment credits stay fixed per workspace while the seat count climbs.
A small business that tracks relationships gets a lot from the $24 contact management seat, and a lightweight CRM is what folk sells best. A sales team should hit the ground running on Premium, run the two-week trial on real contacts, and read the billing terms before paying annually, because cancellation and refund rules are thin and split across two pages.
CRM vendors, RevOps consultancies and sales agencies use reports like this one in proposals and renewal talks.
