LinkedIn Sales Navigator pricing in 2026: Core, Advanced and Advanced Plus costs

Prefer this source on Google

LinkedIn Sales Navigator pricing starts at $119.99 a month per seat for Core and $159.99 for Advanced, on LinkedIn's own compare-plans page, checked 4 October 2026. Paying yearly drops those to $1,079.88 and $1,799.88. Advanced Plus, the tier with CRM sync, is priced on a sales call.

This report breaks the LinkedIn Sales Navigator cost down tier by tier: what each of the three plans gates, what a yearly contract saves, the InMail and search caps, the trial and refund terms, and what users say after renewal. It closes with ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, Lusha and Cognism.

It's written for sales teams and individual sellers comparing plans for the next twelve months. Every price below is a US list price, and LinkedIn's FAQ adds that the figures "may exclude" VAT and GST.

A yearly contract saves $360 on a Core seat and $120 on an Advanced seat, so the discount shrinks as the tier climbs.

InMail volume is the same 50 credits on a $119.99 seat and on a quoted Advanced Plus seat, so upgrade money buys collaboration and CRM features while the number of prospects a rep can InMail stays flat.

Vendr's $38,519 median covers Recruiter, ads and Learning as well, and a single Core seat is a drop in the bucket against it.

How much LinkedIn Sales Navigator costs

LinkedIn prices Sales Navigator per seat. The current pricing in its compare-plans FAQ, dated 27 September 2026, lists Core at US$119.99 a month or US$1,079.88 a year and Advanced at US$159.99 or US$1,799.88. Advanced Plus pricing "is customized based on your sales team's size, CRM integration, and onboarding/training needs."

Tier ladder showing Sales Navigator Core at $119.99 a month or $1,079.88 a year, Advanced at $159.99 a month or $1,799.88 a year, Advanced Plus quote only, 50 InMail credits on all three tiers, and Premium Business at $69.99 and Premium All-in-One at $89.99 for reference
Two of the three Sales Navigator tiers carry a list price, and all three share the same 50-credit InMail allowance.

Prices move with the billing country. The same FAQ lists these per-seat rates for Core and Advanced:

  • United States: $119.99 or $159.99 a month
  • Canada: C$144.99 or C$179.99 a month
  • Australia: A$154.99 or A$189.99 a month
  • Eurozone: €120.99 or €148.21 a month
  • United Kingdom: £94.99 or £130.00 a month

LinkedIn says the checkout page shows the final figure for your market. Check it before you buy, since the devil's in the details once tax is added.

The three LinkedIn Sales Navigator plans

LinkedIn's account types article splits the product three ways: Core for "solo prospecting (single seat)", Advanced for "team collaboration without CRM sync", and Advanced Plus for "full CRM sync and embedded workflows". The sales page calls LinkedIn Sales Navigator "LinkedIn's B2B sales tool tailored for individual sellers and sales teams," built for sales professionals who sell to companies.

Sales Navigator Core

LinkedIn Sales Navigator Core costs $119.99 a month, or $89.99 a month when paid as $1,079.88 up front. It's a single-user licence. Its key features are the 50+ advanced search filters (function, seniority level, years at company and more), saved searches, alerts, custom lists, the Relationship Map, Relationship Explorer and Message Assist, according to the plan grid.

Team seat management, shared lists, Buyer Intent and Smart Links all start one tier up. Core suits one rep who'll search, build prospect lists and track prospects for their own book. Filters such as job title and company size draw on what members and companies post to LinkedIn, so the data is as current as they keep it.

Sales Navigator Advanced

LinkedIn Sales Navigator Advanced costs $40 a month more than Core billed monthly, and $720 a year more paid yearly. The money buys TeamLink, which shows coworkers who can introduce you to prospects, plus Smart Links, shared prospect lists, Buyer Intent (which "shows you which companies are actively showing interest"), CSV upload of a book of business and team usage reporting.

LinkedIn sells up to five Advanced licences online, and larger orders go through its sales team. The LinkedIn Sales Navigator Advanced plan is the cheapest way to put two or more reps on one team bill. LinkedIn calls it "the best Sales Navigator option for non-CRM syncing."

Sales Navigator Advanced Plus

Advanced Plus is quote-only, with the CRM integration as one of the quote's inputs. LinkedIn's Advanced Plus overview says it's built "for large teams and complex sales processes." Only Sales Navigator Advanced Plus carries the advanced CRM integrations and the admin-level advanced features, and its CRM sync runs both ways:

  • CRM information into Sales Navigator: auto-saved leads and accounts, CRM opportunity data, CRM-powered lead recommendations
  • Sales Navigator information into the CRM: InMails, messages, notes and Smart Links logged back against the prospects they went to, with leads and contacts created from Sales Navigator
  • Data Validation and CRM badges that flag out-of-date CRM records
  • Admin extras: ROI reporting, CRM sandbox support, single sign-on and seat assignment by CRM role
  • Sales Navigator alerts inside Microsoft Teams

LinkedIn Sales Navigator's supported CRM systems are HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Sales and Salesforce, plus an Embedded Profile in Freshworks. The HubSpot integration needs HubSpot Pro or Enterprise, so a team on a free HubSpot CRM pays for two upgrades.

Logging activity both ways kills two birds with one stone for a rep who'd otherwise copy InMails into the CRM by hand. LinkedIn adds a dedicated account team and training when the plans are bought through a sales rep, which helps large sales teams hit the ground running.

What each tier gates

The table merges LinkedIn's plan grid with its help-center feature table, so the Sales Navigator features line up against price.

Every price in this table is LinkedIn's own US list price from its compare-plans page, checked 4 October 2026, before VAT or GST.

Account IQ, the AI summary of saved companies, is the one feature LinkedIn's own pages disagree on. The compare-plans grid ticks it on all three tiers. The Sales Navigator product page says it's "available only on Advanced and Advanced Plus plans in select languages." Ask the rep which version applies before you buy Core for it.

Monthly billing against a yearly contract

Monthly billing costs $1,439.88 for a year of Core and $1,919.88 for a year of Advanced. Annual billing cuts those by 25% and 6%. The two discounts sit far apart, and that changes the upgrade math.

Bar chart of one seat for twelve months: Sales Navigator Core $1,439.88 billed monthly against $1,079.88 billed annually, a $360 saving; Advanced $1,919.88 against $1,799.88, a $120 saving; Premium Business $839.88 against $539.88, a $300 saving
Paying yearly saves $360 on a Core seat and $120 on an Advanced seat, so the gap between the tiers widens from $480 to $720 a year.

A rep who moves from Core to Advanced on month-to-month terms pays $480 more a year. On yearly terms the same step costs $720. Ten Advanced seats paid yearly come to $17,998.80 at list, against $10,798.80 for ten Core seats, though Core can't share lists across those ten people.

Month-to-month is the hedge. If the team hasn't proven the tool inside a quarter, a yearly contract means putting all your eggs in one basket for twelve months.

InMail credits, search caps and other usage limits

The seat price buys a fixed allowance, and LinkedIn's InMail credit article sets the rules. InMail messaging lets a seller reach prospects "without requiring an introduction or contact details," and every tier gets the same allowance and the same search caps:

  • 50 InMail credits a month per seat, granted on the first day of each month in UTC
  • Unused credits roll over to a 150-credit ceiling and must be used within 90 days
  • A credit comes back when the InMail gets any reply within 90 days, including "Not interested"
  • Extra credits can't be purchased, and they don't transfer if you cancel or change plans
  • Each search returns up to 2,500 lead results across 100 pages, or 1,000 account results across 40 pages
  • Saved leads and accounts top out at 10,000 per user

The 2,500-result ceiling on the search results limit page means a broad target market has to be sliced with search filters such as job title and seniority until each search of prospects drops under the cap. A rep sending 50 InMails a month to potential prospects still needs connection requests and a follow-up channel for the prospects past credit 50.

"It is useful for building target lists and some outreach, but it really could stand having more credits monthly for inmails"

That's Amy Zielinski, Head of Sales at FGC+, in an 8-out-of-10 TrustRadius review dated 1 May 2025.

The same review says not being able to download a list "is kind of rediculous." LinkedIn's InMail article tells users to contact support if credits haven't renewed by the second day of the month.

Free trial, referral months and cancellation terms

LinkedIn offers a free trial on Core and Advanced. Its FAQ sets three conditions. You can't hold any paid LinkedIn subscription. You can't have used a LinkedIn free trial in the past 365 days. And you have to enter a credit card, with a reminder email arriving seven days before the trial converts.

The trial length varies. LinkedIn's free trial article says duration "may vary based on region or promotional terms," and a trial that isn't cancelled converts to a paid plan on its own. Load real prospects in week one, since the reminder lands a week before the charge.

If you're on the fence, the longer route runs through a current customer. LinkedIn's referral program gives a referred connection "their first 2 months of Sales Navigator free" on Core. Each user can refer up to 15 first-degree connections, and each member can redeem the offer once.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, per the plan FAQ. A yearly plan runs to the end of the paid year and a monthly plan to the end of the current month. Core users cancel themselves in the LinkedIn Admin Center, following the cancellation steps.

Refunds are narrow. LinkedIn's refund policy says Sales Navigator "may be refundable within 7 days from the date the subscription is charged without Premium usage." EU consumers get 14 days, and purchases through the iOS app are refunded by Apple. Miss the seven-day window and you'll bite the bullet on the rest of the term.

Hidden costs outside the seat price

The seat covers search, InMail and alerts on all three plans. Three costs sit outside it.

  • Contact data. Sales Navigator sells InMail access to a member. Email addresses and phone numbers for prospects at target companies come from a second tool, priced per credit in the Wiza pricing teardown and the Lusha pricing breakdown.
  • CRM editions. CRM sync needs Advanced Plus plus a supported CRM, and HubSpot only qualifies at Pro or Enterprise. The CRM software cost report prices those editions.
  • Automation risk. LinkedIn's prohibited software page bans bots, scrapers and extensions that "automate activity," and users of them "risk having their accounts restricted or shut down."

That last line is a red flag for any team planning to bolt an automation tool onto its LinkedIn Sales Navigator seats and push prospect data out in bulk.

"I got shadow-banned for reasons unknown. Potential customers who went looking for me couldn't find my profile. LinkedIn was actively hiding my profile, posts, and connection requests, all without informing me and continuing to take my monthly subscription."

Brian Milliron, CEO of ECR Security, gave LinkedIn Sales Navigator 1 out of 10 in that TrustRadius review on 29 May 2026. He doesn't say what triggered the restriction.

What buyers pay in practice

Vendr tracks LinkedIn as one vendor. Its LinkedIn marketplace page rolls every LinkedIn product into one stat block:

  • Median contract: $38,519 a year, from 2,370 purchases
  • Range: $8,388 low to $166,483 high
  • Average savings: 13%

That median mixes Recruiter seats, ad budgets and Learning licences with Sales Navigator, so it's a ceiling check for a bundled LinkedIn renewal. For a seat count, start from list. Ten Advanced seats paid yearly are $17,998.80.

A 13% discount on that list would be about $2,340 a year. The percentage is Vendr's figure for all LinkedIn products, so treat it as a target for a quoted Advanced Plus deal.

What users say about the LinkedIn Sales Navigator cost

Five reviewers on Capterra mention price in the quotes below. Two of them rated the product five stars and one rated it two.

"Product is definitely not worth the asking price. I've been a customer for 5 years and recently switched to a competitor due to the horrible support."

Semih K., Business Development Lead in computer games, Capterra, 29 October 2025, 2 stars.

"It’s one of the more expensive prospecting tools, especially for smaller teams or individual reps."

Scott B., Director of Sales Development in health and fitness, Capterra, 8 August 2025, 5 stars.

"It is a large investment for those that dont se it to its fullest so I would suggest making sure that your team is in need and will use it"

A project manager in IT services, Capterra, 29 March 2026, 5 stars.

"Sales Nav is one of the most powerful tool you can buy with money, probably the most powerful"

Anzarul I., a lead generation specialist, wrote that on Capterra on 21 February 2022. The same review lists "it's pricey" under cons.

Mary T., an accounting firm president, called it "a bit too pricey, especially for smaller businesses or freelancers" on Capterra in December 2024. That's par for the course on this product's Capterra page, with the data on prospects rated highly and the invoice poorly.

How to negotiate a Sales Navigator contract

Self-serve Core and Advanced seats are bought at the listed rate, so haggling over a single seat is a wild goose chase. The levers sit in quoted deals, where LinkedIn names three pricing inputs for Advanced Plus: seat count, the CRM integration and onboarding or training needs.

  • Bring a firm seat count. Team size is the first input LinkedIn names, and Vendr's LinkedIn buyers average 13% off.
  • Scope the CRM integration before the call. Sync covers Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Oracle Sales, so confirm yours is on the list.
  • Ask for the dedicated account team and training in writing. LinkedIn's grid marks both "if purchased through a sales representative."
  • Start the pilot month to month, then move to a yearly contract once usage is proven.

"The price was a bit on the higher side but we still chose it over competitors because we were getting lot more value added features which constantly helped sales and marketing team to deliver results."

A marketing director at a 501-1,000 employee IT services firm wrote that in a TrustRadius review updated 27 November 2025. Apollo.io was the alternative the team considered.

Sales Navigator against LinkedIn Premium and Recruiter

LinkedIn Premium plans are the cheaper seat, and the gap shows in InMail. Premium Business costs $69.99 a month or $539.88 a year with 15 InMail credits monthly, per LinkedIn's Premium Business page. Premium All-in-One runs $89.99 a month or $899.88 a year with 30 credits and advanced filters, and LinkedIn says it's "rolling out and available to select users" on its All-in-One page.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator Core costs $50 a month more than Premium Business month to month. That buys 35 more InMail credits plus lead lists, the 50+ search filters and job-change alerts on qualified prospects.

Recruiter is a separate product line, sold by LinkedIn Talent Solutions for hiring candidates. Its research product is priced in the LinkedIn Talent Insights cost report.

Sales Navigator against ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, Lusha and Cognism

LinkedIn Sales Navigator sells access to LinkedIn's member graph and InMail access to prospects. The other four sell contact records on prospects and companies. The table lists their published prices, checked 4 October 2026.

Sources: Vendr's ZoomInfo page (1,574 purchases, $7,220 to $155,730), the ZoomInfo pricing page, Apollo's pricing page, Lusha's pricing page and Cognism's pricing page.

A full outbound motion needs both halves, so a tool stack often pairs a Sales Navigator seat with one of these. The Sales Navigator vs ZoomInfo comparison covers exit terms, and the ZoomInfo review, Apollo.io review, Lusha review, Cognism review and Cognism pricing report cover the others. The sales intelligence rankings score the wider field on the same criteria.

Who each plan is priced for

LinkedIn's FAQ names a buyer for each of the three plans, and its grid labels Advanced Plus for "sales teams using integrated CRM." Core is "best for individual sellers," Advanced for "sales teams that need AI-powered lead and account research," and Advanced Plus for "sales teams using one of these CRMs."

  • Founders and solo reps: Core, billed monthly. It covers advanced search with advanced filters, saved searches and real-time updates on job changes among prospects for $119.99.
  • Teams of two to five: Advanced, bought online. TeamLink and shared lists pay off once two or more seats sell into the same target accounts and companies.
  • Teams on Salesforce, HubSpot Pro, Dynamics 365 or Oracle Sales: Advanced Plus, priced on a sales call.

Sales Navigator stores leads, accounts, lists and notes, so lead management happens in lists. Opportunities live in the CRM, which LinkedIn Sales Navigator Advanced Plus reads in, and a team without integrated CRM data keeps the two in step by hand.

The fit depends on how your sales professionals prospect today. A team whose qualified leads come from LinkedIn conversations with decision-makers gets daily use out of it, because alerts give reps a reason to follow up. A team that dials prospects will miss the boat on value, since the outreach channel is InMail.

What to budget

Budget the seat, the data and the tax. Sales teams of five on Advanced paid yearly spend $8,999.40 at US list, before VAT or GST where it applies. Add a contact-data tool for emails and dials. The sales engagement pricing report covers the sequencing layer that usually follows.

LinkedIn's sales page cites a Forrester study from October 2023 that found Sales Navigator "paid for itself in less than 6 months." That's LinkedIn citing a study on its own sales page, so measure reply and conversion rates on your own prospects during the trial before committing a full year.

Frequently asked questions

How much does LinkedIn Premium Sales Navigator cost?

LinkedIn Sales Navigator Core costs $119.99 a month or $1,079.88 a year per seat in the US. Sales Navigator Advanced costs $159.99 a month or $1,799.88 a year. Advanced Plus is quoted by LinkedIn's sales team.

Is Sales Navigator worth it on LinkedIn?

It earns its price for sellers whose right prospects answer InMail and whose target accounts change staff often, since alerts track job changes on saved leads and InMail replies become qualified leads. For account-based sellers working a named list, it's an indispensable tool. Teams that need phone numbers at volume get more from a contact-data vendor.

Can I get LinkedIn Sales Navigator for free?

For a limited time. Core and Advanced carry a free trial for members with no paid LinkedIn subscription and no LinkedIn trial in the past 365 days. A referral from a current user gives two months of Core. Every tier bills once the trial or referral period ends.

Do I need both LinkedIn Premium and Sales Navigator?

One subscription covers selling. Sales Navigator Core carries 50 InMail credits against 15 on Premium Business, and LinkedIn's trial rules exclude members already paying for another LinkedIn plan.

What is the difference between LinkedIn Premium and LinkedIn Sales Navigator?

Premium Business gives 15 InMail credits a month for $69.99 and is pitched at profile visibility and networking. Sales Navigator Core gives 50 credits, lists and alerts for $119.99, built for finding prospects and potential leads.

Is LinkedIn Sales Navigator better than Premium?

For prospecting, yes. Sales Navigator offers advanced search filters, 50+ of them, plus 10,000 saved leads per user. Premium Business lists unlimited search and costs $50 less a month on both plans' monthly rates.

Is LinkedIn worth it for sales?

LinkedIn says it has 1+ billion members (LinkedIn data, April 2026), and its Premium page claims InMail is 5.7 times more effective in hearing back than cold email. Both are LinkedIn's own numbers, so test them on your own list of new leads.

Bottom line

LinkedIn Sales Navigator pricing is published for two of its three plans. At current pricing, Core at $119.99 and Advanced at $159.99 are the numbers to plan around. The LinkedIn Sales Navigator cost that surprises buyers is the second tool, because the seat buys InMail and search on prospects and stops there.

A yearly contract takes 25% off Core and 6% off Advanced, InMail stays at 50 on every tier, and refunds close after seven days. Run the trial or a referral month, count replies from prospects, and only then commit to a year. The full Sales Navigator review covers the product side.

Where these figures come from, and what LinkedIn leaves unpublished

Plan prices, regional rates, trial conditions and cancellation terms are LinkedIn's own, read off the compare-plans page and FAQ on business.linkedin.com, dated 27 September 2026. InMail rules, search limits, Advanced Plus features, the referral program, refunds and the automation ban come from LinkedIn Help Center articles on linkedin.com/help. Premium Business and Premium All-in-One rates come from premium.linkedin.com.

Contract figures are Vendr's, from the stat blocks on vendr.com/marketplace/linkedin and vendr.com/marketplace/zoominfo. Competitor entry prices come from zoominfo.com, apollo.io, lusha.com and cognism.com. Buyer quotes are verbatim from TrustRadius reviews dated 1 May 2025, 27 November 2025 and 29 May 2026, and from Capterra reviews dated February 2022 to March 2026. Every figure was checked 4 October 2026.

LinkedIn prints no Advanced Plus rate, no fixed trial length and no contract data for Sales Navigator alone, and Vendr's LinkedIn page folds Sales Navigator into Recruiter, ads and Learning. ZoomInfo and Cognism publish no rate card at all.
