Five of the platforms checked publish a seat price, and the four biggest by Vendr purchase count publish none.

A ten-seat stack of published plans lands between $2,280 and $17,880 a year, under Backstory's $24,480, the lowest quote-only median in the Vendr table.

Base fees and renewal uplift move a contract most, and they show up in an order form or an MSA.

Clari's median contract runs $76,000 a year across 291 purchases tracked by Vendr. Ten seats of Fireflies Business cost $2,280 a year at the $19/user/month annual rate on its pricing page. Both companies sell software that records sales calls and turns them into deal insights, and the first one costs 33 times the second.

I checked 16 vendor pricing pages and 12 Vendr marketplace pages on 1 October 2026 and sorted what I found into three buying models: published per-seat plans, quote-only contracts with a base fee, and credit or consumption billing. Every price below links to the page it came from, straight from the horse's mouth where a vendor publishes one and from Vendr's purchase data where it doesn't.

This is for revenue operations leads, sales managers & founders setting a first budget for conversation intelligence or forecasting. The revenue intelligence software ranking scores the platforms on fit, and this page covers what they cost & what the order form leaves out.

Log-scale bar chart of one year of revenue intelligence software for ten seats: Fireflies Business $2,280, Tasknova Professional $8,520, Avoma Organization with two add-ons $10,440, Sybill Business $10,800, Revenue Grid Ultimate $17,880, then Vendr medians of $30,740 for Salesloft, $55,346 for Gong and $76,000 for Clari
Every published ten-seat plan costs less than the cheapest quote-only median shown, Salesloft's $30,740.

How revenue intelligence platforms charge with seats, platform fees and credits

Revenue intelligence software is AI software that captures sales calls, emails and CRM data, then scores deals and predicts the quarter. Its pricing is the subscription for that capture and analysis, and vendors meter it four ways.

  • Per seat. Avoma bills $19 to $39/user/month for each recording seat and states that viewers & collaborators are always free.
  • Per seat plus a platform fee. Gong's pricing page says licenses are priced per user and "[t]here is a platform fee based on the number of users supported".
  • Seats plus AI credits. Outreach combines seat-based pricing with consumption billing, from 10,000 AI credits on Amplify Essentials to 100,000 on Amplify Pro.
  • Consumption only. Backstory, the former People.ai, charges to connect the people talking to customers and lets everyone else query the data with no seat.

Feature tiers sit on top of the meter. Capture covers call recording, transcripts & the follow-up email a rep sends after sales calls. Analysis covers post call analytics, conversation analytics, coaching scorecards, key moments and deal intelligence. Prediction covers forecasting accuracy, pipeline analytics & pipeline governance. The price climbs at each layer.

Data volume is the third lever. Fireflies caps its free plan at 400 minutes of storage per team, and Tasknova limits its $12 Startup Pack to 50 recordings a month with 14-day retention, then sells another year of storage for $199 a month. Next to a Gong contract that's a drop in the bucket, and it still belongs in the budget.

Published price lists you can read without a sales call

Pricing transparency in this category belongs to the smaller vendors. Six of the 16 pricing pages I checked carry a dollar figure, and the sales teams at the other ten want a call before they name a number.

List prices from each vendor's own pricing page, read 1 October 2026. Annual and monthly figures are per user per month unless the cell says a year.

Fireflies: $10 a seat and a working free plan

Fireflies charges $10/user/month for Pro on annual billing, the cheapest paid seat here. Its integrations page lists Salesforce and HubSpot, with a Salesforce integration that syncs meeting notes into the CRM. The free plan includes limited AI summaries and 20 AI credits with no strings attached. Free note-takers are a dime a dozen, and this one gives small teams a $10 upgrade path.

Sybill: $90 a seat for CRM autofill and follow-up emails

Sybill's Business plan costs $90/user/month on annual billing and $108 monthly, with 5,000 credits a week per user, API access & CRM autofill capped at 10 fields on the deal record. Unlimited CRM autofill sits on Enterprise. Its Free plan covers recording calls without a cap, drafts AI follow-up emails and includes Ask Sybill, the AI assistant that answers questions across meetings, dialer calls & emails.

Sybill's own comparison post from 19 May 2026 says it drafts each follow-up email "within minutes of every call" and writes into Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive and Dynamics 365. The same post calls the CRM autofill unlimited, which holds only on Enterprise. For CRM automation at that depth, Sybill's pricing page lists seat prices and credits only, with custom pricing on the top tier.

Avoma: $19 a recording seat, then $29 add-ons

Avoma's base price buys recording calls & transcripts. Conversation intelligence is a $29/user/month add-on on annual billing ($35 monthly), revenue intelligence is another $29 intelligence module, and Lead Router is $19. A ten-seat Organization team that takes both intelligence add-ons pays $87 a seat a month, or $10,440 a year, and the bill grows in a straight line as the team scales.

The pricing FAQ says there are no setup fees and no minimum platform fees. Onboarding with an Avoma expert is an optional $1,000 one-time charge, and Enterprise needs at least 10 paid seats.

Revenue Grid, Tasknova and Warmly

Revenue Grid answers the most common search about its price on its own page: $30, $49 or $149/user/month, from Activity Capture 360 up to Ultimate.

Tasknova starts at $12/user/month on a Startup Pack for small teams of up to five users, and pitches its $71 Professional plan at teams "scaling their revenue operations". It sells three intelligence layers at $30/user/month each: a conversation layer that generates deal insights, an engagement layer and an AI coaching layer. Bundling all three costs from $67/user/month.

Warmly prices by the year, from $10,000 for website de-anonymization with Slack alerts, CRM sync & sales engagement webhooks.

Quote-only platforms and their Vendr medians

Every large vendor in the category sells on custom pricing. Vendr's marketplace pages show a median, a low, a high and, for most vendors, the purchase count & average savings behind them. Those header figures are the closest thing to a price list these companies have, so the figures below are the numbers to bring to a negotiation.

Clari's high contract is 22 times its low, so a median says little about what one team pays.

Gong's three cost parts and its Vendr median

Gong's pricing page names three cost parts and no dollar amounts: per-user licenses, a platform fee based on the number of users supported, and integrations with your existing tech stack for free.

The quote form opens with team size, offering 1 to 50, 51 to 1,000, 1,001 to 9,999 and 10,000+. Vendr's median is $55,346 a year across 1,144 purchases, with buyers saving 14% on average. Gong-level pricing can cost an arm and a leg for a ten-rep team, since every contract carries a base fee on top of the seats.

At enterprise scale, Gong also sells through AWS Marketplace, where Conversation Intelligence, Engage and Forecast are three separate contract dimensions available by private offer. Deal intelligence & forecasting sit on separate lines. Gong says its forecast model uses 300+ unique signals to predict deal outcomes with 20% more precision than algorithms based on CRM data alone.

Gong's own numbers show the demand behind those quotes. Gong, which records sales conversations for sales teams at LinkedIn, Shopify and Slack per its G2 profile, said on 12 May 2026 that annual recurring revenue passed $500 million, growing over 55% year over year, from more than 5,000 companies. A principal product manager at a mid-market company wrote on G2 on 11 August 2025 that "It's very expensive with key capabilities locked behind additional seats or tiers".

"After a while, they started to put a lot of features in the product that I felt like, while we were paying for, we ended up not using. The product became expensive compared to competitors."

Verified user in computer hardware at a company of 50 or fewer employees, G2, 30 April 2026.

The counterpoint comes from small teams that find the rate fair until headcount grows. A director in events services gave Gong a positive review and named the seat count as the cost driver:

"The pricing is fair, but it could get a little expensive if you are adding a bunch of seats."

Dustin A., director, events services company of 50 or fewer employees, G2, 23 April 2026. The same review says the onboarding documentation "can be a little overwhelming on your first go".

Clari and Salesloft after the merger

Clari and Salesloft announced their merger on 5 August 2025 and completed it on 3 December 2025, with Steve Cox as CEO and more than 4,000 customer organizations. On 1 October 2026, both clari.com/pricing and salesloft.com/pricing redirect to the same talk-to-sales form at salesloft.com/see-it-live. Buyers who want a number have to contact sales for both products, and their Vendr medians still differ by $45,260.

Clari's $76,000 median is the highest on this page. Clari sells a modular platform, and Salesloft's login menu still lists Clari Forecast, Conversations, Drift and Groove as separate products.

Clari Copilot started life as Wingman, a standalone tool for call recording & coaching that Clari acquired in June 2022. Vendr still tracks Wingman at a $16,000 median, between $3,978 and $25,664, which is the best public marker for Clari Copilot bought as the conversation intelligence piece on its own.

The merged company says it ingests more than 10 billion revenue interactions and 1 trillion data signals, and Outdoo's Clari guide describes it pulling from the CRM, emails and calendars.

Actions speak louder than words, and Clari's accuracy claims come from studies it paid for. A Forrester Total Economic Impact study commissioned by Clari reported 448% ROI in June 2022. A second one in September 2025 reported 398% ROI over three years, payback in under six months and 96% forecast accuracy. Enterprise customers paying Clari's median are paying for that forecast, and the $415,001 Vendr high shows how far up an enterprise deal can go.

"They don’t publish pricing anywhere, which almost always means “expensive and negotiated per deal.” For smaller teams or orgs evaluating options, that’s an unnecessary friction point."

Preet M., technical consultant at a company of 50 or fewer employees, on Salesloft's G2 listing, G2, 17 April 2026.

Outreach sells seats plus AI credits

Outreach moved to outreach.ai and to a hybrid meter. Its pricing page says it "uses a combination of seat-based pricing and consumption-based pricing powered by AI credits" and asks buyers to contact sales for every package. The four Amplify tiers differ by credit pool and API access.

  • Amplify Essentials: 10,000 AI credits, built around conversation intelligence & AI coaching.
  • Amplify Core: 25,000 AI credits, built around AI agents for pipeline creation and the sequencing engagement features Outreach built its name on.
  • Amplify Plus: 50,000 AI credits and 500,000 API calls, with a claim to "Predict deal outcomes with 81% accuracy".
  • Amplify Pro: 100,000 AI credits and 1,000,000 API calls, adding advanced forecasting and services support.

Vendr puts the Outreach median at $45,600 across 917 purchases, with the smallest average discount on the list at 12%. Keep an eye on the credit pool, because a usage meter has no fixed ceiling the way a seat count does. G2 reviewers split by company size:

"I mean, for me, it was primarily just the cost. So for a large multinational organization, the cost was okay. But as you move into smaller headcount organizations, it was just too expensive."

A.J. A., SMB and mid-market sales leader in the UK, G2, 7 April 2026. A mid-market financial services user wrote on G2 on 29 July 2025 that "Per-seat cost adds up fast, especially when factoring in data enrichment or additional modules."

The sharpest Outreach story concerns renewal, and it stayed under the radar until the account went dark. A founder and CEO said his account "was on automatic renewal and had been active for several years" when access stopped:

"One day I simply could not log in, and when I reached out, I was told the only way to get access back was to buy five licenses I don’t need, at a much higher cost."

Robert P., founder and CEO at a company of 50 or fewer employees, G2, 4 September 2025.

ZoomInfo and Chorus

ZoomInfo sells conversation intelligence next to prospect data & company data. Its pricing page lists Chorus under conversation intelligence with a free trial button and no price, beside Copilot Advanced and Copilot Enterprise tiers.

Vendr's $33,500 median covers ZoomInfo contracts as a whole across 1,574 purchases, with 22% average savings, the deepest discount in the table. Sales teams that already buy ZoomInfo data get the conversation intelligence piece from a vendor already in their tech stack. The ZoomInfo review covers the data side of that bill.

Aviso, Revenue.io, Terret and Backstory

Aviso's pricing page offers a tailored proposal, free migration and a line that reads "Locked in a vendor contract? We’ll buy you out". It also advertises 98+% revenue forecast accuracy across 450+ revenue teams. Vendr's Aviso median is $73,662, on a spread of $24,035 to $85,310.

Revenue.io says it is "Built for Salesforce teams of 15+ seats", across Activate, Engage and Orchestrate plans. That rules out HubSpot shops and any team under 15 sales reps, which then has to bite the bullet on empty seats or look elsewhere. Terret's pricing URL redirects to a demo booking page, and Backstory publishes a consumption model called True Forward, covered under contract terms below.

Momentum, now part of Salesforce

Salesforce signed a definitive agreement to acquire Momentum on 18 February 2026, describing it as a conversational insights and revenue orchestration platform. momentum.io/pricing now redirects to Salesforce's revenue orchestration page, so a Momentum quote now comes out of Salesforce's enterprise pricing for a product that used to be a standalone tool.

Pricing claims on competitor blogs, checked against the source

Search results for this category are full of price tables published by sales software companies about their rivals. I traced seven of them back to the vendor's own page or Vendr. One holds up in full.

The right-hand column uses vendor list prices and Vendr medians, both read 1 October 2026.

The itsconvo author says he "pieced this together from analyst reports, G2 reviews, and conversations with teams who've actually signed contracts", with no source named. Read between the lines of a competitor's price table and you find a sales argument. The software pricing errors report tested the same failure in AI answers, and the stale $79 Sybill figure, still repeated by AI search engines, is the same problem in this category.

Implementation, onboarding and other additional costs

Implementation costs for revenue intelligence tools sit outside the seat price, and only a few vendors print them. Tasknova prints the most.

  • Tasknova Professional Services: $2,500 for custom integrations, workflow setup & advanced configuration.
  • Tasknova Advanced Training: $1,500 for a two-day program for managers & admins.
  • Tasknova Premium Support: $499 a month for a one-hour SLA and a dedicated Slack channel.
  • Tasknova Additional Storage: $199 a month for a year of extra retention.
  • Avoma onboarding with an Avoma expert: $1,000 one-time, optional.
  • Gong integrations with an existing tech stack cost $0, per its pricing page.
  • Aviso migration costs $0, and Aviso offers to buy out an existing vendor contract.

Seat minimums are the second cost line. Revenue.io's 15-seat floor means a 10-rep team pays for five empty seats or doesn't buy. Avoma Enterprise needs 10 paid seats. Fireflies Enterprise and Avoma Enterprise both bill annually only, so a monthly trial run at those tiers isn't on offer.

Third come the add-ons that turn a quote into a stack. Avoma's $19 Startup seat becomes $77/user/month once both $29 intelligence add-ons are added, four times the headline rate. Tasknova's three $30 layers add $90/user/month to any base plan, and buyers who need all three pay extra unless they take the 25% bundle.

Renewal terms, auto-renewal and overage billing

Contract terms decide the year-two price, and only one vendor in this group posts its contract in public. Mediafly, a sales enablement and revenue intelligence vendor, publishes its master service agreement.

  • Section 13.2 renews each order automatically for the shorter of the expiring term or one year, unless either side gives written notice at least 30 days before the term ends.
  • Section 13.2 also lets Mediafly raise fees at renewal by the greater of 7% or the Consumer Price Index.
  • Section 4.1 bills usage above the order immediately at Mediafly's then-current fees.
  • Section 4.2 makes invoices due within 30 days.

The same 7% clause applied to Gong's $55,346 median would add $3,874 at the first renewal. Backstory publishes the opposite approach. Its True Forward pricing says "Nothing shuts off and nothing gets back-billed" when usage passes the pre-packaged consumption, and the contract resizes at renewal.

That Outreach review is a red flag for auto-renewal clauses. Put the notice date in the calendar on the day the contract is signed, and ask for the renewal cap in writing during the first negotiation, while the vendor still wants the logo.

What pushes a revenue intelligence quote up

Team size comes first. Gong's quote form opens on headcount, and its platform fee scales with the number of users supported, so the price grows as the team scales. Volume discounts come out of the same negotiation. Vendr's average savings run from 12% at Outreach to 22% at ZoomInfo.

Modules come second. Gong lists Engage and Forecast as separate contract dimensions, Outreach gates API calls by tier, and Clari Copilot, Clari Forecast and Groove came to the merged company as separate products. A sales process that needs AI coaching, forecasting and sales engagement buys three products from most of these vendors.

Security and data terms come third. Sybill puts SSO & data migration support on Enterprise, and Tasknova's Enterprise tier is sold to larger teams needing advanced security, with multi-region data hosting listed. Buyers who need audit logs, data residency options or a LinkedIn integration should expect the enterprise pricing column, and the devil's in the details of that column.

Contract length comes last. Multi year contracts trade a lower annual rate for a seat count locked in for the whole term. That trade suits enterprise customers with flat headcount. A company that shrinks its team mid-term pays for seats it no longer uses.

ROI and payback claims, and how to read them

Tasknova's pricing page says "Most customers achieve full payback in 4-5 months". Its ROI calculator, at its default settings, prints 1,300 hours saved per month on call reviews, 70% more coaching bandwidth and a "Potential 14%" increase in conversion effectiveness. Those three numbers are calculator outputs, and they change when the sliders move.

The Clari figures come from Forrester studies Clari commissioned. Gong's 20% precision claim compares its model with CRM-only algorithms on Gong's own page. Outreach's 81% deal-outcome accuracy sits on its pricing page next to a request-pricing button. Treat each as the vendor's marketing claim until a pilot on your own pipeline confirms it. A pie-in-the-sky ROI figure costs the vendor nothing to print, and a pilot costs the buyer a few weeks.

Forecasting accuracy is the claim worth testing in a pilot. Ask the vendor to forecast last quarter from the data you held at week two, then compare with what closed. A $76,000 Clari contract is sold on predictable outcomes at the forecast call, and a backtest costs nothing.

How to budget for 10, 50 and 200 seats

Ten sales reps can run on published plans. Fireflies Business costs $2,280 a year, Tasknova Professional $8,520 plus $2,500 for setup, Avoma Organization with both intelligence add-ons $10,440, and Sybill Business $10,800. A penny saved is a penny earned, and every one of those totals sits under Backstory's $24,480, the lowest quote-only median in the Vendr table.

Mid-market teams of around 50 seats and their sales teams sit where the quote-only vendors compete hardest. Fifty Avoma Organization seats with both add-ons cost $52,200 a year at list, close to Gong's $55,346 median and under Clari's $76,000. Bring that published number to the call, because Vendr shows 14% to 18% average savings at Gong, Clari and Salesloft.

At 200 seats, the Vendr highs matter more than the medians. Gong's high is $203,767, Outreach's $214,450, Revenue.io's $393,211 and Clari's $415,001. Enterprise deals at that size bundle implementation, renewal terms & seat flexibility into one order form, and each line is open to negotiation before signature.

Build the budget on total cost for the contract term, with the seat price as one line of it. A simple worksheet covers seats times rate, platform fee, add-ons, onboarding, storage & the renewal uplift in year two.

Picking the right tools is easier once finance and sales are on the same page and every vendor's number sits on the same data sheet. For the data side of the go-to-market budget, the Amplemarket pricing report and the sales intelligence ranking price the prospecting layer, and the sales intelligence market report sizes it.

Questions to ask on the demo call

  • Is the platform fee fixed, or does it scale with team size, and at what seat counts does it step?
  • Which of call recording, conversation analytics, coaching scorecards, deal boards, pipeline governance and basic forecasting sit in the base seat?
  • How many AI credits or API calls does the tier include, and what does overage cost?
  • Are viewer seats for sales managers & sales leaders free?
  • How many days of notice does non-renewal need, and is the renewal increase capped?
  • Which CRM data syncs both ways, and which CRM automation or workflow automation needs a services project?
  • How long does onboarding take, and does training cover a steep learning curve for new admins?

Cheaper alternatives by job

The cheapest fix is to buy only the layer the team uses.

Teams that want transcripts and a follow-up email after each call can hit the ground running on Fireflies or Sybill for under $11,000 a year at ten seats. Mid-market teams that want a coaching platform for sales reps and account executives can start with Avoma's $29 conversation intelligence add-on. Forecast-led enterprise sales teams that need deal intelligence across hundreds of reps are the buyers Clari, Aviso and Gong Forecast are priced for.

Check what the existing tech stack already records before adding a second recorder.

For a dialer-led team, the call intelligence software ranking prices phone-first tools, and the conversation intelligence software ranking compares recording seats one by one. Buyers weighing a ZoomInfo bundle can check the ZoomInfo alternatives first. One mid-market Outreach reviewer on G2 on 12 April 2026 called it "Comparatively expensive compared to other products like Apollo", and the Apollo.io review covers that cheaper engagement option.

Frequently asked questions

What is revenue intelligence?

Revenue intelligence is software that records customer interaction across calls, email and meetings, joins that conversation data to CRM data and turns it into deal insights, coaching and a forecast. Gong says its system can capture 99% of customer interactions automatically on its conversation intelligence page. Most vendors sell it with predictive intelligence on top, priced as a forecasting tool or a separate module.

How much does Clari cost?

Clari publishes no price. Vendr's median Clari contract is $76,000 a year across 291 purchases, with a low of $19,065 and a high of $415,001, and buyers save 15% on average. Clari Copilot, the former Wingman, tracks at a $16,000 median. Since the merger, Clari's pricing URL sends buyers to a Salesloft sales form.

How much does Revenue Grid cost per month?

Revenue Grid lists three tiers per user per month: Activity Capture 360 at $30, Knowledge Capture at $49 and Revenue Grid Ultimate at $149. Vendr's median Revenue Grid contract is $18,634 a year, between $13,020 and $38,310.

What is intelligent pricing and how does it work?

Intelligent pricing is a different category: software that sets the prices a company charges its own customers, using predictive analytics on competitor prices & customer behavior to recommend dynamic prices. The pricing intelligence guide explains the method, and the pricing intelligence ranking compares the tools. Revenue intelligence platforms forecast deals and leave the price list alone.

Does any revenue intelligence platform have a free plan?

Fireflies and Sybill both offer a free plan at $0. Fireflies includes 400 storage minutes per team and 20 AI credits. Sybill includes unlimited call recordings & AI summaries for 20 meetings a month. Gong, Clari, Outreach and Salesloft list demos on their pricing pages, with $0 tiers absent from all four.

Bottom line

For a ten-seat team, the category splits at about $20,000 a year. Below it, Fireflies, Sybill, Avoma, Tasknova and Revenue Grid print seat prices from $10 to $149/user/month. Above it, Gong, Clari, Outreach, Salesloft, Aviso and Revenue.io sell on quotes, and Vendr's medians from $30,740 to $76,000 are the only public benchmark.

To cut to the chase, the headline number is the smaller half of the decision. Platform fees, AI credit pools, seat minimums, onboarding charges and a renewal clause that can add 7% a year decide what the second year costs for most sales teams. Put every one of them on the order form before the first signature, and set the renewal notice date the same day.
