Leadfeeder review: what a company-level visitor feed costs from €0 to €2,089 a month

Prefer this source on Google

B2B and ABM

Best for

B2B sales and marketing teams with 50 to 4,000 identified companies visiting their website a month, a HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive CRM to sync into, and a preference for EU-hosted data. Unlimited users on every paid plan means a 12-person team pays the same as one person.

Not for

Anyone who needs person level identification; Leadfeeder names the company behind website visitors and stops there, by design. Also a poor fit for low-traffic sites producing under 50 identified companies a month, where the free plan covers the volume, and for teams that will miss a 30-day cancellation window on an auto-renewing annual contract.

What it costs

Lite is €0 for the last 100 identified companies and 7 days of history. Discover runs €79 to €309 a month billed annually (€113 monthly at entry), Activate €369 to €729, Scale €599 to €2,089 on annual billing only, 30% under monthly. Data enrichment and CRM sync draw on a credit pool at 0.2 to 1 credit per action.

Fit for a 10-person marketing team82Unlimited users on every paid plan, so Discover at €79 a month covers the whole team; verified emails need Activate at €369.
Price transparency8856 Activate and Scale price points are published; only the Enterprise tier is quoted.
Time to first useful output90The vendor claims 4 minutes from script to first identified companies; a Capterra reviewer's developers did it in under 5.
Contract flexibility38Annual plans need 30 days' notice before renewal with no reminder sent, and the contract auto-upgrades the tier when traffic outgrows it.
EU versus US data coverage72AWS Ireland hosting, ISO 27001 and ISO 27701, and a vendor GDPR page conceding fewer direct dials than the US contact vendors.
Cost of leaving / lock-in64Unspent plan credits expire at period end, one reviewer lost 700+, but the tracker script and CRM sync take minutes to remove.

What Leadfeeder publishes about itself, and where its own numbers disagree

Plan prices, credit costs, contract terms and the 24 March 2026 rebrand come from leadfeeder.com's pricing page, help center and product-update post, read on 2 September 2026. The 60 million companies and 400 million contacts figure is the vendor's own sizing. The homepage promises up to 45% of visitors identified; the help center of 27 March 2026 says no honest percentage exists. Ratings are G2's and Capterra's own aggregates.

Leadfeeder is website visitor identification software: it reads the IP address behind anonymous visitors, matches it to a company, and drops that company into a lead generation feed for sales teams. It's the brand Dealfront moved back to on 24 March 2026.

The pitch is an inbound lead generation engine built on anonymous website traffic. The homepage claims 500M+ leads generated, a 75% lift in MQL-to-SQL conversion, and up to 45% of companies visiting your website identified; its help center says the opposite on that last one, and the gap is where the one-star reviews come from.

This Leadfeeder review tests three things: what a real month costs once credits are counted, what the company-only model leaves out, and what 861 G2 and 135 Capterra reviewers say once the trial ends. The 14 day free trial needs no card, so the cheapest way to settle the hit-rate question is to install the script and count website visitors on your own site.

What Leadfeeder is in 2026, after two rebrands

Three names in four years: Great Hill Partners put €180 million into merging the Helsinki visitor-ID startup with Karlsruhe's Echobot on 21 June 2022, the pair became Dealfront on 3 April 2023, and on 24 March 2026 Dealfront became Leadfeeder again.

Timeline: Leadfeeder of Helsinki merges with Echobot for 180 million euros in June 2022, becomes Dealfront in April 2023, and Dealfront becomes Leadfeeder on 24 March 2026

The rename relabelled the modules: the old Leadfeeder product is now Web Visitors, Promote became Campaigns. Four modules make up the lead generation platform:

  • Web Visitors: the IP-to-company feed, custom feeds, alerts and visitor behavior by page
  • Companies: the sales intelligence half, a global database of firmographic data the vendor sizes at 60 million companies and 400 million contacts
  • Lists: saved target accounts, AI enrichment, exports and two way CRM integrations
  • Campaigns: B2B display ads aimed at identified companies, plus a LinkedIn audience sync

How Leadfeeder identifies website visitors, and the hit rate it won't publish

Identification runs on a tracking script plus a reverse-IP database. The help center explainer of 27 March 2026 says the tracker captures the IP and domain of each visit, then advanced algorithms and "expansive databases" match it to an organisation. ISP traffic is filtered out and never billed.

Company VPNs resolve, the vendor's answer on employees work remotely; the homepage FAQ says the IP database takes constant updates because home connections use dynamic addresses.

The same help article refuses to state coverage: "there is no way to honestly give a percentage of visitors identified" and "if a service promises a certain percentage rate it is likely based on a few accounts." The homepage promises up to 45% of website visitors.

Users report far fewer website visitors resolved. A CMO at an IT services firm wrote on Capterra in November 2021 that Leadfeeder names "just the company in 2% of the visitors." Leadinfo, the closest rival, tells trial users to expect "roughly 30%". A medical-device marketing specialist measured a full year:

"Out of nearly 20,000 contacts from 2,000 companies that visited our website in a year, less than 100 were from the purchasing department I really need."

Capterra, marketing specialist, medical devices, 9 April 2024, one star.

Person level identification is excluded by design; the help center calls identifying individual website visitors illegal in many countries. Per identified company you get website visits by page, time per page, referral source, Google Ads keyword and suggested contacts from public sources: actual companies with firmographic insights, and a person only when a HubSpot form self-identifies one.

Shared IPs cut the other way for website visitors. A verified G2 user, April 2026: "some visitor identifications can be incomplete or misleading, especially when companies use shared IPs or VPNs." An investor-relations user on r/hubspot ran Leadfeeder against HubSpot's Buyer Intent on one stock page in August 2026:

"I set up both tools to watch the exact same page, with the same date range and the same path filter, as closely matched as I could get them. I expected at least some overlap between the two company lists. Instead I got zero. Not a single company showed up on both."

r/hubspot, investor-relations user, August 2026.

Leadfeeder pricing: the tier ladder from Lite to Scale

Leadfeeder pricing is published in full, 56 Activate and Scale price points included. Every paid plan tier is set by identified companies per month, with repeat website visits from one company counted once. The pricing page on 2 September 2026, annual rates:

Leadfeeder plan ladder: Lite free, Discover from 79 to 309 euros, Activate from 369 to 729 euros, Scale from 599 to 2,089 euros a month on annual billing
  • Lite: €0, forever. Unlimited users, the last 100 identified companies, 7 days of history, 20 credits. The free version, Leadfeeder Free, drops behaviour, integrations and alerts; a lapsed trial lands on the free plan.
  • Discover: €79 a month for up to 50 companies, stepping to €109, €139, €179, €249 and €309 at 1,000. Reveals companies visiting your website, real-time alerts, CRM push. 50 credits a month.
  • Activate: €369 for 1,000 companies with 200 credits, up to €729 for 4,000 companies with 1,500 credits. Adds the key features sales teams pay for: verified emails and phones, intent signals filters, campaign audiences for B2B display, CRM automations and AI list building from the sales intelligence database.
  • Scale: €599 for 2,000 companies with 1,000 credits, up to €2,089 for 10,000 companies with 5,500 credits. Unlimited exports, automatic CRM enrichment, a dedicated customer success manager.
  • Enterprise: custom volumes, no published figure.

Leadfeeder offers a 14 day free trial on every paid plan. On monthly billing Discover reads €113 and Activate €527; the help center puts the annual discount at 30%, charged upfront. Example: 300 companies visiting your website a month, feed plus HubSpot push, is €179 a month on Discover annual, €2,148 a year; verified emails move it to Activate at €369, €4,428 a year.

A retail operations manager who chose Leadfeeder over Lead Forensics in May 2021: "LeadFeeder came in at half the price and they do not charge for crm integrations the way Lead Forensics does."

Credits: how data enrichment and CRM sync impact lead generation cost

Identifying a company costs no credits; acting on it does. The credit schedule prices email-only enrichment at 0.2 credits, email plus phone at 1, and an export or CRM sync at 1. The two bill separately, so a contact you enrich and push to Salesforce costs 1.2 or 2 credits.

Leadfeeder credit costs per action: 0.2 credits for email enrichment, 1 credit for email plus phone, 1 credit per CRM export, against plan allowances of 20, 50, 200 and 1,000 credits a month

A spent credit unlocks that record for 12 months, account-wide. Top-ups come in blocks of 100 to 5,000 and last two years; plan credits arrive as a lump sum on annual plans, monthly on monthly plans, and never roll over. The medical-device reviewer above lost "700+ credits" when her subscription ended.

That is the Leadfeeder ROI arithmetic: the feed is included, and every one of the qualified leads sales teams move out of it costs a credit, automated lead exports from Workflows included.

Contract terms, auto-renewal and the auto-upgrade clause

Cancellation terms produce the harshest reviews on G2 and Capterra, and the terms are published. Monthly plans, credit card only, cancel before the next billing date. Annual plans, the only ones that can be invoiced, must be cancelled 30 days before the renewal date or they renew for 12 months.

A partner at an IT services firm on Capterra, March 2022:

"They do not send you a notice of renewal before - and they are 100% strict on terms. For our company it did not make sense."

Capterra, partner, information technology and services, 28 March 2022, one star.

A German consultancy on G2, January 2026, "never received a written contract" and found "the license got automatically renewed" a year later.

The second clause is the auto-upgrade. The contract page says Leadfeeder "will automatically adjust your legacy subscription package" when identified-company volume outgrows the tier, priced on the last 12 months of website traffic, with an email notice and the new price at the next period.

Integrations, Google Analytics and CRM systems

Native CRM platforms are Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho and Microsoft Dynamics, each with two-way sync on paid plans and a company profile in the CRM record, the key features of the lead generation handoff. Google Ads, Looker Studio and Gong cover analytics; Slack, Teams and Zapier carry alerts into marketing automation tools.

Google Analytics used to be the data source; a senior marketing manager on Capterra, September 2020, noted a change in "Google Analytics' privacy policy" forced changes on Leadfeeder. The 2026 product runs its own tracker.

They do disagree. A digital marketing lead on G2, November 2025: "the data shown here doesn't always match what I see in HubSpot and Dealfront." The IP Enrich API, which returns firmographic data for an IP address, sits outside the CRM list.

Custom feeds, lead scoring and form tracking: what users praise

The positive reviews concentrate on the feed's key features. G2's summary of 861 reviews counts 23 for lead generation, 22 for ease of use, 13 for HubSpot integrations and 13 for "actionable insights", the key pros in its tally. A senior account manager on Capterra checks it daily:

"The ability to see who is on the website, what pages they've been looking at and their keyword searches helps me to do everything from understand intent leads better to helping to plan ABM campaigns based on behaviours."

Capterra, senior account manager, business supplies and equipment, 18 November 2023, five stars.

Custom feeds are the filter layer: a saved segment such as repeat website visitors from Google CPC, companies over 200 staff on the pricing page, or target accounts from a CRM list for account-based marketing, unwanted companies hidden. Lead scoring ranks identified companies by ICP fit and by buyer intent signals such as page depth and return visits, first-party intent data by another name.

So lead qualification starts with high quality leads at the top of the feed, qualified leads reach sales teams first as warm outbound, and nobody is spending hours on anonymous traffic. Leadfeeder offers 100+ filters for building audiences, plus detailed information on every company that lands in a feed: the marketing insights side of the product.

Setup is the other compliment. The vendor claims 4 minutes from script to first identified companies. A software founder on Capterra, September 2021: "It was just a few lines of code our developers had to add. We did it in less than 5 minutes." A Hong Kong small business on G2, 7 March 2026, says it "reliably uncovers local Hong Kong companies visiting our website, even if they're not filling out forms."

Form tracking runs through the HubSpot marketing integration, download tracking through the tracker's page events, so a PDF download lands as one of the intent signals on the company record. Both provide insights marketing teams can act on without a form fill.

Data accuracy: the complaints, counted

G2's dislike tally: five reviews each for inaccurate data, incorrect information, limited contacts and integration issues, four for lead quality, five for high pricing. The contact data comes from trade registers and public web sources, which the GDPR page calls a feature and a German consultancy on G2 in January 2026 calls the problem:

"They just use public data from official registers or scrape websites. Thus, often times the information is not accurate or incomplete (e.g. missing telephone number or mail address). Many companies have duplicate entries, others don't exist anymore."

G2, verified user in consulting, small business, 19 January 2026, zero stars.

The vendor concedes the trade-off on its GDPR page: "we will have fewer personal phone numbers and mobile direct dials than others." A sales and marketing consultant on G2, October 2025: "The contact information provided isn't always perfectly matched, so it still requires some manual research."

Security, GDPR and where Leadfeeder data lives

All processing and storage sits on AWS in Ireland, under EU law. The security page lists ISO 27001 and ISO 27701, a private HackerOne bug bounty and a public status page. A data processing agreement concludes automatically when you install the visitor identification script.

The legal basis for the contact database is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, with a balancing test external counsel reviewed.

Leadfeeder vs Leadinfo, 6sense, ZoomInfo and Demandbase

Four alternatives cover the realistic decisions; the visitor intelligence software ranking, intent data providers ranking and lead intelligence software ranking hold more.

Leadinfo is the like-for-like Rotterdam rival, priced on identified companies. Its annual tiers run €49 for 0 to 50 companies to €499 near 2,000, against Leadfeeder's €79 to €309 on Discover. Leadfeeder offers the Companies database and Campaigns ads on top; Leadinfo wins on entry price and candour.

6sense is the enterprise ABM platform. It sells web deanonymization as one feature of a predictive intent data suite, publishes no price, and our 6sense review puts implementation alone at $5,000 to $50,000; the 6sense pricing report tracks a $62,440 median contract across 381 buyers. G2 scores it 4.2 across 1,482 reviews. It fits 10 or more reps with a defined list of qualified accounts.

ZoomInfo ships web visitors identification as WebSights in a five-figure sales intelligence contract. Our ZoomInfo review records entry packages near $200 a month and Professional near $15,000 a year, all quoted in a sales call, and G2 4.5 across 9,110 reviews. ZoomInfo wins on US contact depth; Leadfeeder wins on EU residency and a self-serve trial. The ZoomInfo alternatives hub ranks 18 more.

Demandbase takes the same company-only stance plus ABM advertising. Our Demandbase review cites a Vendr median of $68,591 a year across 106 to 185 purchases; the B2B data providers ranking places it against the contact vendors. A team that wants Leadfeeder's feed for €2,148 a year has no reason to look.

Verdict

Is Leadfeeder worth it? This Leadfeeder review says yes, for B2B sales and marketing teams that already run HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive, see a few hundred companies visiting your website a month, and want a feed of quality leads with unlimited users at a published price. Discover tops out at €3,708 a year, an eighteenth of Demandbase's $68,591 median.

It's the wrong buy for anyone who needs a name. Leadfeeder names companies, its help center rules individuals out, and reviewers who expected named contacts wrote the one-star reviews. It's also wrong for a site yielding under 50 identified companies a month, where Lite, the free plan, costs nothing.

The middle case is a marketing team that wants Activate's verified emails, intent filters and advanced features at €369 to €729. Two conditions. Calendar the renewal 45 days ahead, because the 30-day cancellation window has no reminder attached. And run the 14 day free trial against Google Analytics before the paid version, so the identification rate you pay for is your own number.
